I was not happy with my experience. I didn't get an opportunity to even negotiate a little with my salesmen, the finance people I felt with were so pushy I was ready to walk out I was s I didn't get an opportunity to even negotiate a little with my salesmen, the finance people I felt with were so pushy I was ready to walk out I was so frustrated. I got 2 gift cards for gas which didn't even fill up the truck. This is the third survey I have done for Lenz, saying the same thing. I don't know why dealership asks when they get a negative review nothing is done. I won't be coming back or recommending Lenz to anyone. I of course will tell people how irritated I was dealing with Lenz. More

I found the vehicle I wanted at Lenz Truck, and they had it at a good price. I obtained my own financing with my bank as they could not beat the rate I could get with my bank. I was disappointed that I was not given copies of all the paperwork that I had signed on the day I bought & paid for the vehicle. I had to reach out to Tyler to get copies of the paperwork emailed to me two days later after I realized that I had left the dealership without any copies of the paperwork I had signed. I was also disappointed in the fact that when I asked if the posted sale price was the best price they could do with the sale, Tyler said 'let's see what the numbers show' but he never checked if he could lower the price nor did he say he could not offer it at any lower price. He only subtracted my down payment and then gave financing options based on that price. I feel he should have been upfront right away if he could not offer any price lower than the posted price. I still bought the vehicle but prefer to work with a salesperson that is upfront about if they can offer a lower price or not. If they cannot, that is fine but be up front about it, don't say 'let's see...........'. More

I bought a Mazda CX9 in 2023 and was never informed by the sales rep that the Mazda had a branded title. Also reached out to the owners of Lenz with no reply. Disappointed that a car dealership of this size would be so shady in selling vehicles that are branded and not letting the consumer know ahead time. They claim they are the lowest in town and have excellent customer service but that has yet to be proven to me. More

I've never purchased a car online but found my dream car at Lenz. It's about a 12 hour drive for me so I has to rely on the sales person (Mark) to help me navigate the process.
