First of all I would like to share with you how much I like your website for searching trucks. I looked all around for a truck in my area (Green Bay) and could not find one I liked. Then I remembered your commercials (Great by the way) and so I checked out your website. Loved it. From the pictures you have on there down to the video. Video was GREAT! I filled out the pre approved application and had a phone call from Nic at 9:00 the next morning. I talked to him for awhile and let him know where I needed to be to feel comfortable. He worked very hard to get a deal done for me w/o any money coming out of my pocket. He was great to work with. Then he handed me off to Bill. Great guy. He worked with me and had things taken care of right away if I found a problem with my truck. This truck (2005 Navy Blue Chevy Silverado) is the first truck I have ever owned. I want to thank you for hiring such good people. My first truck will not be the last one I buy from you. Whenever I decide to get a new one (will be a long time), I will definitly come to you guys. I will also recommend your company to anyone I know that is looking for a truck to buy. Everyone was very nice right down to the guy that put gas in my truck before I left. My father in law was with me and he even said the next time he is looking for a new truck, he is going to look at your website first. And trust me that is big because he has only bought trucks from one dealership in Marinette. I was very surprised. Mike was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He was straight forward with me in every aspect. I called from Green Bay for a used Tacoma. The price was amazing, and once it was confirmed over the phone I immediately drove to Fond du Lac with checkbook in hand. Arrived .5 hour before close, took a loo amazing, and once it was confirmed over the phone I immediately drove to Fond du Lac with checkbook in hand. Arrived .5 hour before close, took a look at the Tacoma, and it looked good. Test drove, and told Brad Lenz I would put money down on the spot. He opened the file, read it for a minute, and literally shouted to me "NAME, do we have this priced to low?". Evidently, they had many calls from around the country in the one day it was listed. And according to Brad, someone from WA state had put $500 down on it, and they could not get approved for pricing. Because of this, he would not take my deposit. Back to Green Bay. Get a call early the next day that the WA state buyer was not going to work out, so it was mine for $nine-hundred dollars more. They admitted they made a pricing mistake, but hey "it's got new tires." It was still a smoking deal even for almost $1k more, so back to Fond du Lac, and it's mine now. Just clueless, totally unprofessional salesmanship on the part of Brad Lenz. I suppose if I was there for one of the mile long line of Hemi Rams Brad tried to get me into, and wanted the whole pound the hood/slap on the back routine from the Lenz boys it would have been a great experience. I on the other hand am concerned with one thing only, getting the low advertised price for the vehicle I want, and Brad Lenz made that as difficult as possible. More

We agreed on the price of a truck, they e-mailed me the exact price "out the door". I made arrangements to take off work on a friday, fly in to pick up the truck and the salesman would pick me up at the ai exact price "out the door". I told them I would call when I got home from work with a credit card # for the deposit. When I called they insisted on $1500.00 more claiming they had another buyer all of a sudden (after saying they were glad to move the truck since it had been sitting on their lot longer than they liked). I refused to fall for their scam and told them I would pay the price they quoted, they tried pressuring with the threat of someone else willing to pay more and became belligerent when I told them no. After days of making travel plans and arranging to take off work they pulled this stunt. A month later and the truck is still being advertised for sale on different web sites, looks like their "other buyer" disappeared. DO not buy from Lenz Trucks, check them out and you will find numerous complaints and see why the BBB has given them an "F" rating. More
