To be honest, I wasn't sure what I was walking into when I first went here. It surely is not like any other dealership. NO ONE hounds you are follows you around, I use to find that so annoying as a kid when I first went here. It surely is not like any other dealership. I was disappointed in the sales process. I was told by Brad on the phone that two key fobs were included in the deal terms. However, after the deal was done and the truck delivered, he then I was told by Brad on the phone that two key fobs were included in the deal terms. However, after the deal was done and the truck delivered, he then tells me only one key fob was in the vehicle but if I buy their $1,499 5-in-1 deal, I can get a replacement key fob at no charge. Also didn't like that he would not let me use a carrier I've used numerous times to deliver the vehicle. Instead I paid almost double the rate quoted by my driver and ended up needing to take a day off work because the carrier selected by Lenz arrived ~8 hours after they had confirmed the delivery time. I've bought 4 vehicles via on-line in remote deals in the last two years and this was the worst experience by far. I won't buy from Lenz again. More
