We drove over five hours to and from the dealership to purchase our truck, and we would do it again! The response that we received from Steve when we inquired about the truck was prompt and accurate. After we test drove our truck and met with Steve regarding our trade in, we were impressed with the competive pricing of our trade. We were then passed on to Dave, who was very knowledgable in his field and answered all of our questions about financing. We were in and out the door in a three hours, and headed back to MN with our new truck! From start to finish, this was the best truck buying experience we have had! More

My experience with Lenz was a great one. It was almost like being at work (military). They just sent you from station to station. I have a hard time trying to get a price cut whenever I look for vehicles, but you guys do not "dicker" at all, so it makes it much easier. It is kind of nice to not have to worry about trying to get the lowest price. With that being said, I am not sure I would trade another vehicle in at your buisiness. Here is why; You give the lowest trade in value and then deduct anything wrong with the vehicle, therefore, because you do not budge on pricing, you could actually sell your vehicle at a much lower retail price and still get more than trade in value off the street. But overall, I would definitley buy another vehicle from you. More

this was by far the best experience i have ever had in an auto dealership. everyone was very friendly and helpful. nik was able to get me financed with both my truck and a ton of extras and still get me a gr auto dealership. everyone was very friendly and helpful. nik was able to get me financed with both my truck and a ton of extras and still get me a great payment while dan spent a considerable amount of time with me going through the available aftermarket parts to get my truck built exactly how i wanted it. in the end i have the truck i wanted for a price i can afford and this is all because of the amazing staff at lenz truck center. Only issue I have is, how do you distribute Illinois plates and not have the capability to issue 'D' Truck plates when you are a truck dealer that sells many 3/4 and 1 ton trucks? This should be common plates and not have the capability to issue 'D' Truck plates when you are a truck dealer that sells many 3/4 and 1 ton trucks? This should be commonsense. Don't try to hand me a B plate when it isn't the right plate. Should have just given me the paperwork so I could get the plates in Illinois, like I ended up having to do anyway. Besides all that, everyone was friendly. Sam P. and Dave were both pretty cool. I would still buy a truck there again. More
