I can't believe the good reviews I am reading! My experiance was totally the opposite. This place says you are guranteed financing. I have a 720 score and they gave financing but I had to bring in al experiance was totally the opposite. This place says you are guranteed financing. These guys tell you one thing - Yeah, yeah, yeah its in great shape, no problems I looked at it myself. You then spend over an hour to drive there and it is nothing like they said. Missing parts, oil leak, rough idle. Ever wonder why they steam clean the you know what on the engine and underside? Polishing a turd. They even went as far as to spray paint the rear hitch black, trying to pass it off as no rust! Talk about a shady business practice. I went up there 3 seperate times thinking to look at different trucks and figured it must have just been a bad experiance and gave it another whirl since they did have trucks I wanted. What a fool I was. Either the people on here reviewing so kindly were not savy buyers or you are all blind to what scam they have there. And yes I was a firm buyer. Flew all the way to Virgina to make my purchase. Far different experiance than Lenz. No way would I ever recommend this place. Family business my rear end. Every buisness can be called a family business if you think about it. Horrible experiance three times! Best of luck if you choose to make the mistake to go there. More

I have very little vehicle purchasing experience, and I always get apprehensive when I think about having to go to a dealership-you just never know what could be walking in to (am I just an idiot to make a always get apprehensive when I think about having to go to a dealership-you just never know what could be walking in to (am I just an idiot to make a sale or am ia person with a name and a need?) Immediately driving on to the lot at Lenz is somewhat intimidating because not only do they have a HUGE inventory, but they sell trucks (and I'm not tall by any means!) But I browsed their website and I was immediately put at ease-- lots of pictures of the vehicles and a round-the-car video that shows you exactly what you're looking at so there are no surprises when you taker a close look. I had some communication with Mark via email so when I actually went for the test drive I already felt good about stopping there, and there was absolutely no pressure. Everything was very relaxed and casual; the test drive felt more like borrowing a friends car for a quick errand! Once Nik got my financing taken care of, I honestly felt bad I couldn't pick up my new vehicle that day because he seemed genuinely excited to be able to put new keys in my hand! When I arrived to sign the new papers Dave was there to break down pretty much every line if the purchase and explain how it all adds up, and I knew then I was in good hands. I can't say enough how easy the whole thing was from start to finish. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend Lenz to anyone! More

I went to Lenz Auto because I found the truck I thought I wanted on the internet. Driving to Fond du Lac I realized the dually I told them I wanted might be too large of a truck for me.
