Only issue I have is, how do you distribute Illinois plates and not have the capability to issue 'D' Truck plates when you are a truck dealer that sells many 3/4 and 1 ton trucks? This should be common plates and not have the capability to issue 'D' Truck plates when you are a truck dealer that sells many 3/4 and 1 ton trucks? This should be commonsense. Don't try to hand me a B plate when it isn't the right plate. Should have just given me the paperwork so I could get the plates in Illinois, like I ended up having to do anyway. Besides all that, everyone was friendly. Sam P. and Dave were both pretty cool. I would still buy a truck there again. More

this was the first time i had been to lenz truck center. the experience was good and i would recommend this company. The only issue I had was when we were setting up financing the guy could not get paperwor the experience was good and i would recommend this company. The only issue I had was when we were setting up financing the guy could not get paperwork to print out for the extended warranty so he said he would send it to us and that we didn't need to worry because if the truck blew up on us on the way home we would still be covered because he had the information in the computer already. When we received the warranty paperwork it said that it would not be valid until 2/17/12 or 90 days after the purchase. I feel that we were told incorrect information. Other than that one issue everything else was very satisfactory. More

After looking 2 months for a used truck to use as a daily driver while my car is parked during the winter, I was browsing Lenz Trucks' inventory online one Saturday morning. A truck that interested me had just popped up in the last couple of days. Not expecting much in the way of a quick reply, I fired off an email inquiring about it and carried on with my search. Minutes later I had a reply from Mark asking when I'd like to see it. 90 Minutes later I was in Fond Du Lac with keys in hand for a test drive. I bought the vehicle and was in and out of the dealership in no time. It was much smoother and quicker than my last vehicle purchase which took most of a Saturday from me. Anyway after I paid I had no way to transport vehicle home so Mark offered to keep it on the lot until I could come back and get it...which ended up being 6 days later. My experience was very favorable with Mark and Lenz Trucks, and I'm very happy to share it with anyone who asks. Next time I'm in the market for a truck, you can bet I'll be looking at Lenz. More

We were driving two BMW's and had talked about trading vehicles. I looked on the internet and found exactly what I was looking for. A 2009 Honda Ridgeline. I contacted the dealership and was very impressed with the sales person, Steve Svendsen, He was very helpful and provided me with all the information that I did not see on the Lenz website. We live in Muscatine, Iowa, so it was several hours to drive up to the dealership. One reason that prompted us to make the trip was the friendlyness of Steve on the phone. When we arrived, he walked us through the trade process, whle making the frustration of dealing with a car salesperson non-exestant. We had on talked about trading "Both" BMW's, but while there, my wife, "Becky" ask if you had a Honda Crosstour. The answer was yes. Steve said that they had one on the lot and would be happy to show it to us. When seeing thew vehicle, Becky and I decided to trade in our other BMW. Again the process was an excellent experience. My experience was very good with Lenz. Worked with Steve in Sales and he was very attentive and took the time to describe and explain everything in detail. Nick with financing found competitive financing at a good rate with a very quick turnaround time, even bringing up options resulting in over $900 in additional savings through the financing stage alone. I travelled to this dealer from out of the state to purchase my Suburban, but found this travel was largely unnessary as there weren't any surprises. The lot was much larger than I expected with hundreds of vehicles in stock to choose from. They even stayed late to allow me arrive 15 minutes before they closed, and still finish up with the purchase and drive home with the Surburban that evening. Steve and Nick had also advised they could facilitate delivery out of state, which I had declined this time so I could view the dealer, but wouldn't hesitate buying and having the vehicles delivered and save the trip. This purchase was personal, but, with 2 more vehicles to purchase for my business, Lenz will be my first stop. More
