this was our first experience with Lenz Truck and it couldn't have been more pleasant. We were allowed to walk the lot and look at trucks we would be interested in, (no high pressure salesman following couldn't have been more pleasant. Once inside the office we were introduced to Mark Phillips, and a deal was made...Mark was very polite, friendly and conducted himself in a professional manner, yet made us feel like old friends.....Nik Tries was another associate we found to be just delightful, friendly, yet professional. We would not hesitate to recommend Lenz Sales to friends, and will do so in the future..We feel as though we were treated fairly, and satisfactorily. Keep up the good work!!! Very good experience buying our new truck. We where treated fairly and the staff was nice. We looked at trucks more than an hour and a half away from our home and ended up buying one 20 minutes from us treated fairly and the staff was nice. Very very poor service. Sales guy kept leaving and helping other customers for longer the 20 mins. Gave a very unfair trade in price. Then said trans was making a noise on trade in vehicle when one of helping other customers for longer the 20 mins. Gave a very unfair trade in price. Decided to look for a truck on a Friday afternoon. I filled out the pre-approval form online and got a phone call in about 10-15 mins from Dave. After talking to him for about 20 mins. I had an appointment made for the next day at 8:30 am. I drove an hour and a half and in about the sametime was driving off the lot with my "new" truck. Dave and Steve were very friendly and I never felt pressured. A week later the engine light came on and they immediately made an appointment and got my truck back in the shop and had it running smoothly in an hour! I would definately do business again and will tell everyone to shop at Lenz's first!! More
