Felt like we were more of an inconvenience than a customer. Salesman spoke entirely to fast. Waited over 30mins to speak with financing. Purchased a dirty vehicle on an empty gas tank. Salesman did put enough fuel in it for my wife to drive home in the snowstorm, so that was good! Zero negotiating with me even after I pointed out scratches and heavy chips he didn’t even know about. His answer was always “that’s factored into the price!” Now I’m out another $800 to fix the hood. My bank called me to tell me after the purchase that we actually qualify for a lower interest rate that was assigned due to being an existing customer. But I did like Dave’s flashy Rolex. I work as a Union Contractor with hundreds of coworkers, they told me Not to purchase from Lenz, they were right. Lesson learned. More

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the quality of repairs and installations performed on my truck, which I purchased from your dealership in late November. After a recent inspection fo the quality of repairs and installations performed on my truck, which I purchased from your dealership in late November. After a recent inspection following an oil change, I discovered several issues that raise questions about the thoroughness and professionalism of the work completed on my vehicle. First, the exhaust system installed by your team was found to be held up using poor-quality welds and makeshift brackets that appear to be improvised from extra parts. This work does not meet reasonable standards, and the integrity of the installation is highly questionable. Given this, I am also concerned about other repairs performed, such as the front wheel bearing replacement and the exhaust manifold bolt installation. Additionally, I have discovered further issues with the vehicle, including: A windshield washer spray nozzle clogged with plastic, preventing proper functionality. A washer fluid reservoir filled with mold, which indicates improper maintenance or replacement practices. More

First, l was given a rental car while my car was being fixed and it was absolutely disgusting. Completely dirty on the inside, garbage in the cup holders, every light blinking on the dash board.
