I went to lenz auto to look at buying a pick up truck that I have seen on your web site and was very happy with the service I had gotten right after I walked in the door. Greated immediately and friendly upon entering the dealership. Promptly taken to the vehicle I was interested in, Mike had the keys in hand and I was off for a test drive within minutes. Was told about the history of the business and how they do business. Mike gave me the previous owners name so that I could contact him. Paperwork was explained thoroughly and the process was amazingly quick. Dave was also very friendly and saw me promptly. He explained everything to my understanding and was extremely efficient. The young lady at the front counter, I did not get her name, was also very effiecient in getting me my plates, stickers and registration. Overall, a positive experience! More

The Internet price was the price. There was no negotiation which certainly takes some of the stress out of purchasing a used vehicle. We were able to research the vehicle and vehicle price on-lin negotiation which certainly takes some of the stress out of purchasing a used vehicle. We were able to research the vehicle and vehicle price on-line at home prior to the visit. At that point we had already commited to purchasing the vehicle assuming it was as clean as the Internet video and pictures showed. Sam and Dave were friendly and professional to deal with. I would recommend Lenz Truck to a friend. More
