Came back tuesday evening with the titles, quickly did some paperwork with Nik and was on my way with my new truck! I was in a no win situation. Our primary family car was dead and we still owed money on it. After looking at nearly all the dealerships in the Milwaukee area and feeling that we had no options, my wife ca dead and we still owed money on it. After looking at nearly all the dealerships in the Milwaukee area and feeling that we had no options, my wife came accross Lenz Auto's website and found a couple of vehicles that seemed to be a good fit for our family of 6 humans and 2 dogs. While in the middle of my evening commute, I was able to call Lenz Auto and obtain a preapproval for a loan. Within a minute of receiving the confirmation email, I had received a phone call from Nik Tries, the finance manager. By the time I made it home, I had a deal in place if I wanted it. We packed up the family and drove from Milwaukee at 7:30 at night to Lenz where Nik had agreed to stay as late as it took to get the deal done. Not only did he get the deal done, he was very thorough in explaining all the details and put up with 4 kids running around his office with recless abandon! This was truly a one-stop-shop experience, he handled the title-work and license and registration on the spot. We left there with a vehicle at 10:30 pm, grafeful beyond words for what was just done for us. I cannot thank Lenz Auto, and Nik Tries in particular for the accomodations we received. Our friends were so impressed by our story that they went to Lenz Auto and purchased a vehicle two days later! The online information along with the prompt and candide responses from Ryan and his staff made this long-distance purchase possible. Dan Bergin (Service Manager) walked me through all aspects of my truck and addressed any concerns i was having. He also personally drove the truck for me to verify that it drove straight and true. This gave me a HUGE piece-of-mind before i jumped on an airplane and invested time and money on the trip. Can't say enough about the importance of being honest and direct especially with your long-distance customers. THANK YOU. Lenz's service is OUTSTANDING. The Ram 1500 was exactly as advertised which eased any anxiety i was having about not personally testing the truck before making the long trip. The truck was spotless, cleaned inside, waxed and ready to go. Ryan left me alone to inspect the truck end-to-end and i felt absolutely NO PRESSURE. Every member of Lenz's staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful!! Including my Lenz-provided shuttle ride from the airport. Ryan has been very helpfully and very polite. He has been very patient with me. I went to look at a truck on sat and came back a week later only to buy a different truck. I had to go into work at 4AM and was able to get off work at 10AM. I was very tiered and the drive was long. I appreciate that all of my information and the car was ready to go before I arrived. I didn't have to wait to test drive. The car was parked up front and ready when I pulled into the lot. This car is exactly what I was looking for so my expectations were high. The car was in great condition, clean and a fair price! Dave in finance was great also! He explained all details of my financing and went over all of the paperwork with me. I purchased a used truck on 8 DEC 12 traveling from Michigan to do so (335 miles one-way). After unsuccessfully trying to locate the source, I was forced to visit our local GM dealership (Betten Chevrolet, Muskegon, MI). After several hours, they located the source and repaired it for several hundred dollars. I contacted Lenz and was sent to Dan to whom I explained the situation. Dan was polite, friendly and very concerned that a recently purchased Lenz truck would have such a problem. Dan instructed me to have our local dealership fax him the repair order for review. Dan told me he had paid for the repairs and apologized for my inconvenience. Returning to our local dealership, I was on my way hassle and vibration free! Dan stood behind the Lenz Auto truck making my overall experience a very, very good one. Dan's professionalism and customer service skill set is just one more reason I keep telling everyone I know to go to Lenz Auto if you are in the market for a truck. It's well worth the drive.
