Lenz Truck - Fond du Lac, WI

My wife and I took off to price some trucks, a friend told me about Lenz Truck Center, so we headed out to Fond du Lac. We started to go thru the parking looking at all the trucks but there was such a g told me about Lenz Truck Center, so we headed out to Fond du Lac. So we went to the office and told Brad what we wanted, soon we were test driving trucks, least then an hour we were driving a truck home. Happy that there were no pressure to buy. More

The sale was fair and honest Mark is a true professional. I had to come back for service as well. It was unbelievable Shawn and his team are outstanding. I had inquired into several SUV's that Lenz had on their internet site and had correspondence with Ryan K. about a couple that we were interested in test driving on a Sat. Ryan indicated he was getting married that day and forwarded on my inquiries and information to Mark who followed up with me to make sure everything was in order. Our experience with Mark was very good, he was patient with us as we test drove at least 5 different SUV's, answered our questions, etc. We did end up purchasing a SUV from Mark and Lenz that day. this was our first experience with Lenz Truck and it couldn't have been more pleasant. We were allowed to walk the lot and look at trucks we would be interested in, (no high pressure salesman following couldn't have been more pleasant. Once inside the office we were introduced to Mark Phillips, and a deal was made...Mark was very polite, friendly and conducted himself in a professional manner, yet made us feel like old friends.....Nik Tries was another associate we found to be just delightful, friendly, yet professional. We would not hesitate to recommend Lenz Sales to friends, and will do so in the future..We feel as though we were treated fairly, and satisfactorily. Keep up the good work!!! Very good experience buying our new truck. We where treated fairly and the staff was nice. We looked at trucks more than an hour and a half away from our home and ended up buying one 20 minutes from us treated fairly and the staff was nice. I drove to Fond Du Lac from the Twin cities to buy a 2008 Nissan Rogue from Lenz Truck Center. Both guys new what they were doing and knew how to help me out. I feel completely satisfied with my purchase and the dealership I worked with. Dave knows his stuff when it comes to numbers and financing, and I really felt like my best interest was what was important during the purchase. Very very poor service. Sales guy kept leaving and helping other customers for longer the 20 mins. Gave a very unfair trade in price. Then said trans was making a noise on trade in vehicle when one of helping other customers for longer the 20 mins. Gave a very unfair trade in price.
