Me and my husband have looked for the last two years for a truck. My husband was very specific on what he wanted. I came across the truck on line and called and talked to Steve right away. They were closing because it was 7:00 p.m. He was so kind and answered all of my questions. They literally just got it in and didn't even have a picture on the web yet, just a stock picture. Well anyway, he was very kind along with his staff. We will for sure be in contact with Lenz in the future. Ok one last thing, my son left a pair of sunglasses in the truck we traded in that he bought for his birthday with his own money. I called Steve and the truck was already going to a different location. Steve got ahold of the guy who was delivering the truck and asked him to check the truck for glasses and he brought them back to Lenz and Steve sent them to us in the mail. My son was very happy!!!!! We found a car on their website over a weekend. The following Monday we went to look at it and test drive. We were delighted with the car. Ryan Knueppel was great. With a bad credit score, Nick went to work and found us financing. Although we did not use the financing Nick found, it was refreshing to know that he took the time to find it for us. Next day went to purchase our new used car. The experience we great! NO PRESSURE!! I have heard great comments about Lenz and their staff in the past, but my personal experience confirms it. Let me start with saying that use to hate the whole purchasing process of a vehicle, dealing with pushy sales people and always wondering if your getting screwed. I located Lenz Truck Center while doing my research to purchase a F250, I looked at a lot of trucks all across the country and kept coming back to the ones I had tagged from them. Not only was the selection the best but I put a lot of weight on the online reviews of the dealers. Lenz had the best reviews of all of them and it was even hard to find a negative one, come to think of it I don't think I found a single one. I decided to give them a call and get some of my questions answered and it got even better. Mike Buhler answered all my questions even sent me a few more pictures of the truck I was most interested in. Mike was never pushy and let me move at my own pace. After making my decision to purchase the truck we closed the deal and he set me up with Dave Reilly in finance who got me great rate for my loan. The deal could not have gone smoother! I notice a couple small things not working properly on my drive back to Michigan and gave Mike a call, he put me in touch with Dave Bergin in service who set me up at a local dealership back home, who fixed both problems and it didn't cost me a dime! What a great dealer, it's so refreshing to deal with such a great upstanding dealership, they are everything that a truck dealer should be and more! We, a young couple of only 22 years old, took the hour and half drive to the infamous Lenz Truck after looking at their website countless times. We honestly didn't think that we would drive away in a new truck considering we didn't even have 2 hours before we had to leave for home and being of our tender age, we were unsure if the financing was even possible. We came with the hopes of getting some sort of estimate on our vehicle for trade-in value and possible options but we left with so much more than that with the help of Mike! We couldn't have asked for a better salesman and are forever grateful for all of his assistance in making it TOTALLY HASSLE-FREE!!! Visited the dealership and worked with Marty - again no hassle, not pushy, knowledgeable about inventory and vehicle features. No fuss test drive. Appraisal and negotiation of trade in was quick and fact based. Paperwork was handled quickly, again without any of the smoke and mirrors sometimes associated with these transactions.
