We are so pleased with the experience we had at Lenz. Sam was very patient with us while we looked the truck over and very patient with my kids while they waited. Never Heard of Lenz Trucks before viewing them on the internet. To be very honest I read some not so friendly reviews and was very worried, even to the point that we set up a secondary appointment with internet. To be very honest I read some not so friendly reviews and was very worried, even to the point that we set up a secondary appointment with another dealer just in case Lenz Truck felt "TRICKY". I have to say I cancelled the second appointment and bought a Ford Expedition from Lenz. Both Sam and Nic were great guys to work with. The process of buying a vehicle was very smooth and comfortable, I would definitely recommend this dealer ship to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. Best expeirience I've ever had at any dealer, hands down the best. I live over an hour away and was not able to get there until a half hour to close, they had the truck waiting for to test drive, staye down the best. I was in and out in a hour and a half, and that included taking my prior truck in as trade not to mention with giving me the best trade in value I've been offered. They worked out numbers that worked for me and I've never been happier with a purchase. I've already sent two friends there that are looking to purchase a truck.
