First day I went there, I met a salesman outside. He said he'll be right with me after he helped another customer. I waited 20 minutes and watched the salesman walk back into the dealership office and back o he'll be right with me after he helped another customer. I waited 20 minutes and watched the salesman walk back into the dealership office and back out. He never came back nor did he send someone else to come help. Seems he wanted to get all the customers for himself that day. Well, I came back the next day and picked out my car, put down a small payment and took the information back so I can give it to my bank. But I soon found out that Lenz no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle unless I finance my vehicle through the dealership's banks. When I asked my bank this, they said it was because the banks that Lenz Truck's deal with cannot compete with my bank's interest rates. In other words, Lenz Truck has banks that will finance you and charge you excessive interest. So they refuse my bank, even though I already had the check and was ready to go get my car. Unless you plan to get financing with high rates through Lenz, don't waste your time here. They pretend to be friendly as long as you do what they want... buy a car through their banks only. More

I was looking for a Ford Mustang. I found Lenz Truck I was looking for a Ford Mustang. I found Lenz Truck center on a ebay ad. I called and talked to Ryan Knueppel. I drove 170 miles to find the car inside and ready for me to look at, and test drive. The car if anything was under rated on the internet. Way better in person. These guys got me in and out with in a half and hour. When I went to leave I plugged my GPS in to find the 12 volt outlet did not work. Ryan ran it back to the service guys. Not willing to negotiate with a single mother with a couple thousand cash down was my only dissapointment. Also, mentioning the fact that you are so well off that you don't need the protection packages couple thousand cash down was my only dissapointment. Also, mentioning the fact that you are so well off that you don't need the protection packages because you can afford anything that goes wrong is a turn off to a girl trying to purchase a vehicle herself is a turnoff. However, the price was reasonable, not outstanding. The friendliness was outstanding and they are very good at what they do. We traveled 7 1/2 hours to buy a used vehicle. Everyone we came in contact with were all kind to us. Our deal was cut and dry and within 2 hours we traded our vehicle and had our new one on the road and he we came in contact with were all kind to us. From the outset, Dave was exceptionally helpful in obtaining financing that fit my budget, and working with the bank to get me approved. He went out of his way to answer every one of my endless questions, always with great patience. The service when I arrived was better than I could have expected-from Dave to Mike and (not sure if this is the right name/spelling) Shawn in the service area, I was treated as though I was there spending $100k. Everyone took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicles I was looking at, from checking out the underside of the vehicle down to rubbing out some small blemishes. The closure of the deal was flawless-there were also a couple of small issues that were discovered after I brought the vehicle home, which were taken care of with great speed and service. The thing that stood out most to me was that they close a 3:00 PM on Saturday and I did not get there until 4:00 PM due to traffic. Everyone was still there working their asses off helping customers. I walked in after they close and the receptionist, who is very cute, did not even try to turn me away. She gave a big smile and greeted me. Brad made me feel like I was his only appointment for the whole day. My only complaint is that while on the way home I tried to adjust my passenger mirror and it did not work properly. I really wished they had of mentioned that in the ad or sometime before I signed the paperwork. More
