Lenz Truck - Fond du Lac, WI

I entered into the buying process by first looking over the web site and chatting with a sales associate. I took the 2 hour drive to Lenz interested but not intent on buying a new vehicle. I arrived and took a driving tour of the vehicles they had on the lot and at no time was I being hounded by a salesman. I stopped and went in to find Sam Pegram waiting inside. He asked me if he could be of assistance and the process continued. He brought up the information on the 2013 F-150 I was interested in, showed me the Car Fax report, talked with me about my trade in and than asked if I wanted to take the truck for a drive and he would take my truck to have it looked over. I was left alone to drive the truck and take a good look at it without anyone looking over my shoulder. I really appreciated that. When I returned he had a price for my truck and I was able to get the price difference that I was comfortable in and yes, I bought a truck! With in an hour they had me in my new truck with all the paperwork done and ready to go. I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years and the part I dislike the most is when I have to sit down with the finance manager as they always try to get you into the extra's. I worked with Dave Reilly and he did make the offers but he also respected my choice to not buy them and we moved on. I was very impressed! I had to call back a couple days later to find a code to program some things on the truck and I connected with Dan Bergin, He was great to answer my questions right away and make sure it all worked and I was happy. I would certainly go back to Lenz Auto for another vehicle and I would recommend them (and have ) to anyone looking for a different vehicle. Sincerely Jim Myers More

The TV adds make you want to look into the WEB site (which is over whelming) both of which are excellent. However, the courteous and professional employees just finish the deal. Absolutely no sales pressure and our pre visit (via a phone call) was quickly replied to with an email and all the spec sheets sent to me before I even left the house. Then upon arriving at the your location, the vehicle we wanted to see had been pulled up front and waiting for us. It was as clean as advertised and a short test drive brought us back to close the deal. Both Sam and Nik deserve Kudos' on this one, but Sam really drew us in. Our experience was more than we had expected, and goes with out saying Highly recommended to all. Keep up the good work. More

Sam was super nice and great to work with. He was proactive in contacting us before we drove the 177 miles to Fond du Lac, and greeted us when we walked in. He was 100% NO PRESSURE! We picked out 9 vehicles we liked before we even drove there and he was prepared to show us all of them. He didn't bother us when we looked around and let us drive as many vehicles as we wanted. We ended up buying the very first one we saw online weeks ago and it was one of the lowest priced of the bunch. Again, he didn't try to pressure us into buying something more expensive nor did he try to "upsell" us with warranties, protection packages, etc. I will DEFINITELY buy from Lenz again and would work with Sam. I've already recommended them to friends and relatives. More

Me and my husband have looked for the last two years for a truck. My husband was very specific on what he wanted. I came across the truck on line and called and talked to Steve right away. They were closing because it was 7:00 p.m. He was so kind and answered all of my questions. They literally just got it in and didn't even have a picture on the web yet, just a stock picture. Well anyway, he was very kind along with his staff. We will for sure be in contact with Lenz in the future. Ok one last thing, my son left a pair of sunglasses in the truck we traded in that he bought for his birthday with his own money. I called Steve and the truck was already going to a different location. Steve got ahold of the guy who was delivering the truck and asked him to check the truck for glasses and he brought them back to Lenz and Steve sent them to us in the mail. My son was very happy!!!!! We found a car on their website over a weekend. The following Monday we went to look at it and test drive. We were delighted with the car. Ryan Knueppel was great. With a bad credit score, Nick went to work and found us financing. Although we did not use the financing Nick found, it was refreshing to know that he took the time to find it for us. Next day went to purchase our new used car. The experience we great! NO PRESSURE!! I have heard great comments about Lenz and their staff in the past, but my personal experience confirms it. My future vehic.les will be bought at Lenz Truck. If anyone is looking, Lenz Truck Center is where I will refer them. More
