Have been looking for a mid size pickup for my wife. Found two We really liked went up to Lenz trucks to compare the two,one was a ford sport trac, the other was a chevy Colorado. Our experiance at Lenz truck was not at all what we expected. It's been six years since our last vehicle purchase from our local dealer. But heard about Lenz truck, And decided to give them a try. We felt totally at ease. We were on our way to a family reunion in northern Wi. and stopped and looked at a truck. They allowed us to put some money down to hold the truck until we could stop back on our way home. When we arrived and purchased the truck, we were trading in our old truck. Which happened to be packed full from our trip. My Wife didn't want to unload from one truck to the other and then again when we got home. Mike allowed us to take our old truck home and come back the next day to pick up the new truck. That saved alot of extra work for us. We love the new truck, and without Mike working with us, who knows if we would of purchased it. So a big thank you to Mike and Nik for making this deal come together. After shopping around for a new truck many dealers & many web sites found lenz truck .There prices were quite abit lower than other dealers, called &got ahold of Sam told him what trucks we were interes many web sites found lenz truck .There prices were quite abit lower than other dealers, called &got ahold of Sam told him what trucks we were interested in, we set up a time to meet him drove 280 miles we were a little late called Sam, he said no problem he had the trucks parked out front with keys in them, we drove & picked out a 2012 dodge 2500 larime , by this time it was 1/2 hour after they closed. Sam stayed to close the deal talked to us about auto armor , decided we wanted to have it applied Sam even went as far as to call the guys that had already left for the weekend to come in & apply it for us !! I recently purchased a 2012 chevy dmax, watch the vids and looked at all the pics. emails and on the phone with Craig Larson asking him this and that about the truck. I drove like 900kms to come and get this truck and when I got there I was greeted with happy smiles from all the staff. when it was time to see the truck it was even better looking then all of the pics and vids, it was immaculate. any concerns I had about the truck they took care of it in a hurry, removed the mud flaps and did some fender trimming and even touched up all the rock chips I pointed out. all at no extra cost and no delay, I was there for no more then an hour or so. was a wonderful experience and well worth the trip. I was skeptical at first cause I read all the negative reviews. but once I got there I was well assured I made the right purchase from the right place. a person just has to make sure they ask everything they want to know and not to go there expecting to get this and that and whatever ever else. always pays to do your research ahead of time I have been recommending them to many other people. when it comes time to buy again I will defiantly be seeking craig out More

My Husband & I were checking out the parking lot on a Saturday & I spotted a 2004 Dodge Ram that I liked - the husband spotted a 2007 Avalanche that he liked. We went in on Monday to check on the Dodge Saturday & I spotted a 2004 Dodge Ram that I liked - the husband spotted a 2007 Avalanche that he liked. We went in on Monday to check on the Dodge and it already had been sold. So we checked on the Avalanche. We were put in contact with Sam Pegram. Before we took it for a test drive Sam put some figures down on paper to see if it was something we could work with. They gave me a better deal on my tradein than the dealership that I originally bought it from would give me - I traded a 2012 Dodge Journey. The test drive was enough for me - I was sold on it. Sam was very excellent with handling the deal - neither my husband or I felt pressured into buying the Avalanche. We were then sent to Nik Tries who handled the financing - again - no pressure into buying any other options that we didn't want. Both Sam & Nik were easy to work with and we felt comfortable working with them. I did have a few issues with the vehicle after I got it home but when I took it back the problems were taken care of immediately. Everybody there is very friendly. As far as the Avalanche goes - I'm loving it more and more every day. I love the way it handles & all the comfort that comes with it. My wife and I had been looking for a pickup to handle the Wisconsin winter and for our love of camping, and had been to 2 other dealerships in Crivitz and Green Bay, and were not happy with the results. We had gone to our own bank and were turned down for one medical bill and a 8 year old paid off electric bill. Having a current mortgage and a current car loan with our bank and having never missed a payment and still being turned down, it ticked us off. Wife was ready to give up and I told her let me try a another place. Called Lenz Truck Center and asked to speak to the finance dept. and was connected to Nik Tries. I explained our problem and our need for a truck, told him what we had to trade in and what we needed the terms to be. Nik ask what kind of truck we were looking for and I told him a 2007-2009 Silverado ext cab. Nik said let me work on this and with in 15 min he had us approved over the phone, and without even seeing the truck. We made arrangement to meet with Nik on that sat morning and test drive the truck, which was just as he described it and then some, handled great, and was clean. We did have to take less on our trade due to condition but was not something we couldn't live with. Nik is a straight shooter and it would be a pleasure dealing with him anytime. From the time we drove on the lot till we drove away in our truck was just at 1 hour. We ended up buying a 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 ext. cab short bed with color matched topper, that will fit us to a tee.
