Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Especially liked the way there was no pressure to make a decision. They would let you try out every vehicle on the lot if you wanted. My over all experience was good. The vehicle was brought inside for me to view. I would have liked to have the vehicle put on a lift at lenz so a mechanic and I could walk through it. After my purchase, I brought the truck to my shop and found items I thought could be safety issues. The spare tire was completely flat. The tire recommended pressure in the tires was low by 20 pounds on all four. A bolt holding the pick up box to the frame at the passenger side front was out about an inch and the entire box was lose. The accessory outlets didn't work and it was not the fuses. Makes me wonder if a wire was damaged by heat. I know you should expect certain wear with a used vehicle, but the above items I think have to do with safety. An hour with a lenz mechanic on a lift would have cleared any issues. I would buy again from Lenz. I would just drive the truck to my shop, no matter the distance, to examine all the mechanics. More

I was looking for a good used F-150, I recently went on a snowmobiling trip up north with my brothers and realized that the 01 F-150 didn't have enough room for us and our gear. When my husband and I entered Lenz, we did not have any expectations. We had been to three other dealerships in our area, and test drove three trucks, but just did not get that "this is the one" feeling. T expectations. Then I did some research on line and called Sam to inquire about a gently used Chevy. We knew it was the type of truck we were looking for, but we would need to visit and take it for a drive. After the test drive we we knew, "it was the one", but it would still be contingent on the financing. Sam never pressured us or made it seem like he was just out to sell a truck. He was very personable and wanted to do his best to make sure this is what we wanted. That goes a long way in my book. After we decide to purchase, he introduced us to Nik, who worked his magic to get us to the payments we needed a month in order to take the truck home. I am so happy that we decided to go a little farther than our home town dealers, but Lenz did make us feel right at home. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to take the drive, just the customer service alone is well worth it. The great deals are just a bonus.
