He held the car for us, with a small deposit, and had it unlocked and ready for us to drive upon arrival. Sam in finance also handled us very quickly and professionally. Neither of them pushed us to buy extra warranty's, etc. We left after only a few hours and would definitely buy our next vehicle from Lenz. More

He gave me an accuarate and honest description of the truck, found the best price to ship it to Alabama and the deal was done. I haven't purchased a vehicle since 1998 (yes, 1998) and I was completely surprised at how easy this was. Steve was a phenomenal sales man. No pressure, just let us do our thing. And Dave the money man was completely professional. When I had actually narrowed my choice down I asked Steve if it was possible to take the vehicle right now and he said, "give me 20 minutes and it's yours!" This is the way to do business. Marty also gave me his cell number and answered every time i called with questions, even picking up at home. I researched the vehicle wanted, and then shopped .Marty did not have to run to supervisors on every offer that I made, but was able to give me a price that was lower for a better equipped van. I plan to visit them for any service on my cars, there shop is incredibly clean.Thanks again Scott. . More

NOT IMPRESSED!!! EXPECT TO BE IMPRESSED!?? Those are the words you use in all your ads. Big words to fulfill and I am sorry but my wife and I were anything but IMPRESS EXPECT TO BE IMPRESSED!?? Those are the words you use in all your ads. Big words to fulfill and I am sorry but my wife and I were anything but IMPRESSED. When I was getting ready to sign the contract for the sale I stopped and thought I better take one last glance at it. Good thing I did. When the numbers were all plugged in the salesman added an extra thousand dollars to the sales price. Now I am not saying he did it purposely but again that’s kind of a big mistake to make. After my wife and I signed the contract and we were walking over to the finance office to finish the financing side of things I mentioned to Salesman that the truck had less than a quarter tank of gas and I was wondering if I could have it filled before I left. He said No we don’t do that. So I had to stop at the gas station next door to get enough gas to drive home. Really, you would think with the kind of money people spend buying vehicles the least they could do is fill the tank. Its the little things that impress people. When all was said and done I get the keys from Salesman and he only hands me one set. I asked if there was a second set and he said no but I could go have a key made and buy a fob from eBay. Again I feel this would have been an easy fix it enhance a buyers experience before they even sold the vehicle. Sorry just NOT IMPRESSED!! More

I used a 3rd party finance company which added a little more complexity to the deal, so I thought. But Steve, Lenz, worked directly with them and responded immediately to all the emails, and there were alot of emails. I can't speak highly enough about working with Steve on this deal. It was completely pain free. At the end I had to go in and sign only 3 documents and drove away in a new car in a matter of minutes. Loved it!!!! More
