I was very skeptical of buying a truck sight/unseen from a dealer over 1,000 miles away. However, Lenz helped make me comfortable with the process. Zach provided walkaround videos showing the vehicle feat a dealer over 1,000 miles away. However, Lenz helped make me comfortable with the process. Zach provided walkaround videos showing the vehicle features and the few chips and dings it had. He got the blackout sticker and badges I wanted and endured numerous email, text and phone call questions throughout the process. I am pleased with the truck and its condition. Pattie in finance was helpful in working out wiring funds and other details. They had the truck with the features that I wanted and even with shipping it across the country the price was favorable.
