I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to the truck that best fit. She knew exactly what options were on the truck and was able to succinctly explain each of them. My purchase came down to the F-150 or a Toyota Tundra from a dealership in Knoxville. I would have been happy with either truck. I decided to buy the F-150 simply because Jennie knew the truck inside and out and the Toyota representative kept having to refer to an app on his phone to answer my questions. I didn't mind Jennie asking me for the sale because I felt like she had earned the right to do so. There was some negotiation involved in the purchase, but I did not find Frank Cardwell to be overly pushy or rude --- he seemed like a pretty good guy. Overall, it was a great purchase experience. I've only had it a week, but I love the F-150, and extremely glad I got the 6.2 l engine. More

Looking for a Ford Edge I have bought several cars over the years and Lenoir City Ford was, by far, the best experience I have had at any other dealership. From our sales pe I have bought several cars over the years and Lenoir City Ford was, by far, the best experience I have had at any other dealership. From our sales person, Jennie Sharp, to the GM, and on to the finance manager, they were all super nice and never once did anyone try to make me feel inferior to them. That is what you usually get at most dealerships, they want you to feel a little lower than they are so as to intimidate you. This does not happen at Lenoir City Ford. I immediately felt at ease with Jennie. She was professional, but at the same time extremely friendly and knowledgeable . I will tell everyone I know that is looking for a great deal on a car that Lenoir City Ford is the place to go. More
