Shop fee ripoff!!! I bought a new 2012 Focus from Sparta TN because I couldn't get a deal from Lenoir City Ford. The new 2013 c-max was purchased from Sweetwater TN. Sam I bought a new 2012 Focus from Sparta TN because I couldn't get a deal from Lenoir City Ford. The new 2013 c-max was purchased from Sweetwater TN. Same reason. Now I get screwed by the repair center. My shifter cable broke Monday. I tie wrapped it together and drove it to LC Ford. Couldn't find a key drop box so I brought it down the next morning. Late Tuesday the service dept says they didn't quite finish it and it would be done by noon the next day. I called 8 times the next morning and finally got thru to service at 11:30. That guy mentioned that the cable came in this morning and should be done before they close. Huh, a different story than I heard the night before. So far things are no big deal but When I paid I was charged a $25 "shop fee" that was never disclosed prior. They say it's for shop rags and cleaning agents. BULL! As far as I'm concerned they stole that money from me. Charge for no reason is theft in my book. I'll never go back!!! More

Acted like we had a deal... after 6 hours backed out! Wow is all I can say... I was so happy at first when dealing with this dealership. I worked with a great salesman (Cohen Heaton). Long story short I w Wow is all I can say... I was so happy at first when dealing with this dealership. I worked with a great salesman (Cohen Heaton). Long story short I went to the dealership in the early afternoon and had my mind set on a new Mustang GT. I planned on trading in my car and was offered less than another dealership I had spoke with. The sales manager told my salesman to have myself and him drive to carmax and that dealership (in my car) and get the sheet to prove my trade in and he would honor it. I went to the other dealership and got a deal sheet that proved what I said was true and was ready to make a deal. The sales manager made me wait another 30 minutes and finally gave the salesman a sheet with the original offer he gave me ($3,000 less than other dealership). What a coward. He didn't even speak to me once. Every other dealership I know of uses the salesmanager as an asset to help sale. I can't believe he has a job and honestly can't believe ford allows this. I thought we had a deal which is why I wasted 6 hours of my day there and driving over 100 miles there and back to another dealership. If you say you will do something then do it!!!! Not only has he lost a sale. I will probably never buy a Ford period if this is who they have representing their dealerships. More
