The best salesman If you want a new car Pete is the guy to go to. I like the way Pete don't pressure you on a car. Gives you room to decide what you want. Love my new F150. Right truck and right price. I really enjoyed working with Greg and Crystal. Greg was very knowledgeable about Ford F150s and gave me a great deal of good advice. Very Professional - found us what we asked for! Carla did an excellent job on our car purchase! She found us exactly what we wanted in our next vehicle, got us the price we wanted on our trade in, Carla did an excellent job on our car purchase! She found us exactly what we wanted in our next vehicle, got us the price we wanted on our trade in, and made the process very simple and quick. We test drove the night before, and the next morning all the paperwork was ready to go so the process was very efficient. We were very happy with our experience with Carla and Lenoir City Ford and would recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Even if they don't have the car you want on their lot - they can get it for you very quickly - in as little as 24 hours in some cases! Frank did an excellent job with financing. He found us the rate we were looking for and was a pleasure to work with! Everyone we dealt with at this dealership were very accommodating, helpful, and efficient. More

In by 8am and out by 9:30am! Robin had a warranty item and an oil change done in slightly over an hour. Setting up my appointment was super easy on line. Vehicle On Web-Site Not in Stock Despite selling a vehicle 2 weeks ago, the vehicle is still reflected on the dealership's web-site. I am suspicious that this is a tactic this dealership uses to entice customers to the showroom. Many dealerships also employ this improper business tactic. More

Crystal Baptiste has been working with me for over a year trying to find me the perfect car and she succeeded.! I recommend if you're on the market for a vehicle, give them a call and ask for Crystal. Tell her what you're looking for and she will do everything she can for you! She's awesome! Slow and have no customer service ability 9am oil change appointment. I had to ask about it around 9:45am and was finally told it would be next. At 10:10am I got the keys and left. No one ever came back and said anything about why it was taking so long or ever worried about their customer. There is an all new crew in this department and they just lost a loyal customer. I do enjoy the sales department and the people, but unfortunately this incident will keep me from ever returning to Lenoir City Ford. More

Our sales associate was Mary Lynn, and we couldn't have been more please with o We had a great experience buying our 2nd vehicle at Lenoir City Ford. Our sales associate was Mary Lynn, and we couldn't have been more please with our experience. She was very attentive and personal to our needs. I do not buy very many vehicles, so it is not something that I look forward to. Mary made the experience a dream to go through. Mary also made sure that a couple of issues with our purchase was taken care promptly. In short, she was fantastic! Our only negative came from dealing with Frank. When we indicated that we didn't want to purchase any of the many extra insurances, it seemed to change the atmosphere of our meeting with him. He was a nice guy, but it was very apparent that he didn't like our decision. In summary, we will probably buy from LC Ford again. I will be buying a truck in the near future, and they will be the first place that we go. Very good experience. I highly recommend that you purchase with them! More
