From our sales person, Jennie Sharp, to the GM, and on to the finance manager, they were all super nice and never once did anyone try to make me feel inferior to them. That is what you usually get at most dealerships, they want you to feel a little lower than they are so as to intimidate you. This does not happen at Lenoir City Ford. I immediately felt at ease with Jennie. She was professional, but at the same time extremely friendly and knowledgeable . Car trouble while on vacation I had the misfortune of car trouble while on I-75 in Tennessee. Lenoir City Ford was the closest major shop so we got towed into the shop on a Sunday I had the misfortune of car trouble while on I-75 in Tennessee. Lenoir City Ford was the closest major shop so we got towed into the shop on a Sunday afternoon. The next day they had diagnosed the transmission as the problem and were prepared to begin the repair. The work was done quickly once the parts were delivered. Tom and the rest of the employees went out of their way to explain the issue and keep us posted along the way. Once we got home I did some research and verified that we got a great price. I recommend these guys if you live in the area, or if you need assistance while passing by. More

We bought a used car and had a very good time doing it. i went to lenoir city ford and talk to rick nelson(salesman) about a used 2012 fusion that was on sale.he was very easy to talk to. walked around and i went to lenoir city ford and talk to rick nelson(salesman) about a used 2012 fusion that was on sale.he was very easy to talk to. walked around and looked at a few cars but he had one that had caught my eye from the start and after looking at about 4 cars we went back to the one i was interested in.he proceeded to explain everything about the car to me and show me how all the acc. work and what all the buttons and switches were for.my wife and i have not had a car that new so we needed to know what all the things inside the car did.he then went to the outside and motor compartment and explained everything about both parts.we were very surprised that he new so much about the car.evey question we ask he answered and the answers were correct.after my wife and i talked about the fusion we decided to test drive the car. it drove like a dream.rick was very easy to talk to the whole time with no pressure on us at all to buy and he spent a lot of time with us .we were not sure about buying so it took us a long time to decide.we went inside after we decidede to buy it and started the paper work that rick nelson made a a pleasant experience.the car came with 2 keys but my wife wanted a extra remote for it and even though it was not the dealers responsibility, rick went the extra mile and had us a extra remote made for the car.the car was cleaned, washed, new floor mats, and a full tank of gas in it when we went back to pick the car up later that evening.Rick Nelson is one of the best salesman i have ever delt with in my life.he has been thier for me for the sale,during the sale and after the sale and has always told the truth about everything.he has helped me with everthing i have ask for.he has answered ever one of my questions with a honest answer.lenoir city ford has my bussiness from now on. i will never deal with another dealership. all the people at lenoir city ford were honest , helpful, and in no way put pressure on me at any time to buy anything. thank you Lenoir City Ford. and thank you Rick Nelson.
