New truck purchase I went to the dealership just to look at the new trucks for a future plan of a purchase. I was impressed with all of the incentives that Ford and the dealership were offering. With the help of Sonny, we started looking for what I wanted in a truck. After many, many hours of searching, looking, phone calls, and more researching over a couple weeks, I decided on a truck, which they had to get from another dealer. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Lenoir City Ford. It it were not for Sonny Wolfenbarger and Frank Cardwell, we would not have purchased our new F150 Sport 4WD Super Crew. Simple visit, great work Was in for a simple visit, oil change and break check. Rachel was very polite and kept me updated on how things were going and what was being found. Back breaks had to be replaced and some work with the front rotors. Rachel was very proficient in explaining exactly what was being done and confirmed that I was aware and okay with the pricing before continuing with the work. Extremely poor service Have had my 2014 Ford Fusion in multiple times to get the head liner repaired. Once last year and again this year. This year (2015) is the worst. To many excuses they are not getting my vehicle repaired as scheduled. All I want is to get my head liner repaired so it will not come loose again. I will never go back to or recommend this dealership to any one. I worked at a Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership and I have never been treated and lied to like I have Lenoir City Ford. The only good thing I can say is the service advisor Robyn. She has done all she can do to help, gone out of her way to help, but her hands are tied and cant do anymore than she can do.
