Sad detailing department Staff and salesman were great to work with and I feel the price we paid was a fair price. However, the guys in "detailing" need to be retrained. Purchased the truck on a Saturday and no one was in the shop to clean it up (it was pretty dirty). Excited on Monday to pick up our "new to us" truck and expecting a spic and span truck only to find french fries and dirt still in between the seats, the dirt that was caked on the steering wheel still there, and stains on the seats not cleaned....very disappointing. I will say whoever buffed the minor scratches on the hood did a good job, barely noticeable. The truck had low miles and was only 2 years old - brought it home and detailed it ourselves and it looks fantastic - the dirt was nothing that couldn't be cleaned with a little elbow grease and vacuum. Overall experience was good but this put a damper on the sale as we expect people to do what they promise. More

Excellent Service Cecil Ball was an outstanding sales representative. Cecil was honest and made us feel comfortable about the purchase throughout the entire process.
