Love my new F150. Right truck and right price. I really enjoyed working with Greg and Crystal. Greg was very knowledgeable about Ford F150s and gave me a great deal of good advice. We test drove the night before, and the next morning all the paperwork was ready to go so the process was very efficient. We were very happy with our experience with Carla and Lenoir City Ford and would recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Even if they don't have the car you want on their lot - they can get it for you very quickly - in as little as 24 hours in some cases! Frank did an excellent job with financing. He found us the rate we were looking for and was a pleasure to work with! Everyone we dealt with at this dealership were very accommodating, helpful, and efficient. More
