Our previous experiences with LC Ford were not the greatest but we had settled on giving them one more chance if we happened to find what we were looking for. After browsing through the lot, Jo grabbed our attention and we immediately let him know we weren't really ready to jump just yet. Jo assured us that was fine, yet made every effort to show us exactly what we were looking for and then back it up by making certain we were not settling. Low and behold, the truck we were actually seeking was right there on the lot! We were SUPER impressed with Jo, his hospitality and above all his HONESTY! Not once did Jo make promises he couldn't keep or lie to us! He was outright honest from the get go and atop all that, he went above and beyond to occupy our 5 yo while the deal was happening! we respect individuals like Jo and cannot explain how much we appreciate his patience, honesty, dignity, and pride in his job!
