Purchase F 150 I had to place a "Build to suit" order to get the color and options I wanted. The dealership told me it should take six to eight weeks for the build. I had to place a "Build to suit" order to get the color and options I wanted. The dealership told me it should take six to eight weeks for the build. It took twelve. Possible reason is the order was placed two weeks before Christmas. I was told Ford shuts down for a portion of the holidays to retool. Mackenzie did an outstanding job of working with me to fulfill the order and make sure I knew everything I needed to know about the vehicle upon delivery. Friendly helpful folks at LC Ford. More

A truly honorable dealership How often does one expect to walk into a dealership and be treated fairly and with respect versus the exact opposite? This review is not about the ca How often does one expect to walk into a dealership and be treated fairly and with respect versus the exact opposite? This review is not about the car I bought but about being treated with honor and respect. After a few weeks of looking for a used car for our college student our very last stop and thought was to go to Lenoir City Ford but that is what we did. We met Cecil Ball who truly listened to our needs and concerns and after some effort we purchased a used car that was in good shape and a good price. But the more impactful story is the fact that a day after we purchased the car a small issue was discovered. I called Cecil who immediately arranged for us to bring it in and be serviced. It turned out that although the problem was minor and somewhat superfluous it was costly to repair. But that is exactly what Glenn the General Manager authorized to be done! I don’t think you could find a better dealership to work with. From walking in the door and being greeted by Karen, to being treated well by an honest salesman like Cecil to resolving issues if any with a General Manager like Glenn, it doesn’t get better than this. After researching this car online and visiting several area dealerships, I March 13, 2018: I stopped by to see and price the 2018 Mustang GT Premium. After researching this car online and visiting several area dealerships, I still had unanswered questions about several options available and the characteristics of those options, At Lenoir City Ford I met with Jo McQueary. Jo was able to answer all of my questions, and then answer more questions that I never realized I had. This guy is a walking, talking expert. He has his 'PhD in Mustang knowledge' as well as a demonstrated wide range of knowledge from engineering to Army Air Defense to German language expertise. If you visit Lenoir City Ford, insist on talking to Jo. If he is not available, then leave and come back another time when he is available. Period. Tom Foster More
