First dealer exsperiance This was my first time buying from a dealer. Chuck lemons was great to work with. He did not use overbearing tactic to force me into a truck. He answered all my questions and made it a painless exsperiance. And he had no problem taking my offers to the sales manager, as in he did not tell me no without talking to the manager. Pleasant, Professional Experience We were looking for a nearly new vehicle and located a candidate vehicle at Lenoir City Ford. Our first encounter with sales personnel was with MacKe We were looking for a nearly new vehicle and located a candidate vehicle at Lenoir City Ford. Our first encounter with sales personnel was with MacKenzie Hansen. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle, professional and low pressure. Our next encounter with sales was with Lisa Bunch-Myers. She was also very knowledgeable and professional. At no point did we feel we were under high pressure to purchase the vehicle, but rather every question we had was answered promptly and accurately. MacKenzie was particularly knowledgeable of the cars complex electronics package. The Internet Manager, Sonny Wolfenbarger went out of his was to introduce himself and make sure all of our questions were answered. At the end of the process I felt that were able to make what I consider an educated decision to purchase the vehicle at a very fair price. I also noticed a Folds of Honor decal on the front door, which I hope means that they support this fine charitable organization that provides post-secondary scholarships to children of military men and women who have been killed or disabled in the line of duty. I rate our experience at Lenoir City Ford a solid A+. More

Insane to make me miss work to do nothing for my car I go in for a radio fix, yet another problem. Ok. So I have to wait for the sync guy? Here only Tuesdays and Thursdays, what a joke. I need a problem I go in for a radio fix, yet another problem. Ok. So I have to wait for the sync guy? Here only Tuesdays and Thursdays, what a joke. I need a problem fixed. I can't keep,missing hours from my job because you don't have a dedicated computer tech. Its ridiculous, especially because of the fact I know that there are so many computer problems with these cars. One guy totally outright lied to me about an installation, and I was told, oh now he no longer works here for certain reasons. Not my problem, fix my car, I paid for every warranty and the car outright. I deserve better service and at least a call when I call 3 or 4 times a day, with no answer. No callback. And on top of it I had the water pump replaced during the day, and I came at night and what? I have to wait for the oil change you should've done when you did the other repair. Absurd. Work with me on my schedule, and stop with the excuses and offering me a rental when I don't want one I want my car fixed and move on. If I didn't have these warranties and paid the money, why are you not helping me the way u were so happy to when I bought the damned car. More
