You take pics if trade in, and let them do their thing. This time, traded 2018 F150 STX on 2019 F150 XLT. Within couple hours, got deal I wanted. Went there, signed papers and left with new truck. As always, less that one hour spent there. 0% APR helped, especially as dealer where I live tried charging 6% with same lender! Service continues after purchase. My home county is way slow with tags, so temp tags were about to expire. What does Lenoir City Ford do? They overnight me new temp tags to Texas! Yes Sir/Ma’am, they are that awesome! Ask for Pete Clay, and he will take care of you! Don’t buy somewhere else just to regret it! More

I wrote that review because Lenoir City Ford promised to correct a problem with the warranty I purchased. This promise was broken. Now, after months of trying to get the problem resolved, I don't even get responses to my inquiries. I was told the warranty allows me to go to any Ford dealership for service. A week after purchasing the vehicle, the engine light came on and I took it to the closest Ford dealership. Low and behold, they did not honor my warranty. Not only did they sell me a vehicle requiring immediate service (lemon), but a warranty that was no good. More

The salesmen are the worst as well as they were trying to send my husband home to try out a car over this past weekend with so many issues plus knowing we were not approved for a loan on that car. I've never had good service with this place and the only reason I went back this time is because of a warranty issue and a recall. Had I known before dropping my car off that I could go to any ford dealership, I would have went to Knoxville for service. There is always an excuse for their bad service and everything. I'll be glad when I get my car back and I can tell this place to kiss my tail! More
