Lenoir City Ford SALES Dept's Cecil Ball helped me find the new '21 Explorer that I needed and supported resolving a warranty issue. EXCELLENT customer support even after purchase. Can't say the same for their SERVICE. 60-75 day service backlog is ridiculous. Oil changes and tire rotations can be done anywhere. A dealership service should be more timely for repairs. After 3 attempts in a month to get in the LCF shop, I had to go to Ted Russell Ford 2 days later to find out that the vehicle a/c had never been charged with freon at the factory; they repaired it in 2 hrs. Now it's a great vehicle. More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LENIOR CITY FORD!! Not only will the salesman completely lie to your face but the finance guy will continue the lies while you are signing papers and will flip through them so fast y the salesman completely lie to your face but the finance guy will continue the lies while you are signing papers and will flip through them so fast you don’t have time to read the lies. I was told that my interest rate was 6%. Well the left off the teen cause I find out a year later it is actually 16%. Then a year after that I find out I was also lied to about my warranty. I don’t have a 100,000 mile warranty like I was told. No. I have a 24,000 mile warranty, they offer a 100,000 mile one. Granted I should have read the papers better which is my fault BUT am I so wrong to think that professionals like they claim to be wouldn’t lie to me. Well lord was I mistakin. Now When it’s all said and done my 2018 Ford Focus SE will be about a 35,000 car. Never again will I buy from Ford and especially not lenior city. Oh, I’m financed through Ford as well so it’s not like a have a crappy lender. More

On October 24, 2020 my husband and I went to lenoir city ford to purchase a ford explorer. Our sales guy was David. Very nice (so we thought). We were shown a 2017 limited edition ford explorer and immediately fell in love. David brought all the paper work to us, gave us some numbers and he even said this car has no recalls. Great!!! Let's get this going. So a few hours later of going back and forth were the proud owners of a 2017 ford explorer. Fast forward a week and I've got a car issue already and learned that my new to me car actually has 3 recalls on it. So I called up to the dealership and explained the issue with the car only to be told they were to busy and I'd have to go to another dealership. I was furious. So I called another dealership and i was told that The vehicle had a 30-day lot warranty and they had to take my car and repair it and to take it back to that dealership and let them know that. So my husband and I brought the car up there and had a discussion with the GM, David our sales guy and the finance guy. oh also there was something shady going on they were wanting A new check stub of mine because something to do with the financing was being held up and the time period had lapsed so they needed a new check stub to redo the paper and it w would push our pay date back some and help us out a little. anyways so we're up there and I'm discussing everything with them and I told them that I was so upset at the fact that I was lied to about the recalls that I also have a messed up car and I've owned it for a week and I was treated the way that I was that at this point I wanted them to just take the car back and me just walk away from this ordeal and they wouldn't let us so he knocked some money off of it and said that he promised me he would fix the car he would make it right blah blah blah blah blah. So this was all unlike November 10th right. We get our car back like a A few days later and the car still messed up yeah they fixed the recalls but the car still messed up so I let David our sales guy know and he said you know bring it back up here promised me this promise me that blah blah blah just like they always do promises promises and promises and never fall through. David text me and told me that I could bring my car up there on Tuesday November 24th and that Charlie the general manager had a car ready for me to go. Tell my husband I go up there ready to drop the car off and thinking it's going to be easy peasy piece of cake, no. We're there for an hour and a half two hours all to drop a car off because we had to wait on a technician to come look at the car then they had to find a car for us because there's no car for us and the car they tried to put us in was too small I have three kids so they had to rent a car from somewhere else just like they had to do last time and it's just this huge mess. Said that he should have it done and a week or so. Well let me just fast forward here we are December 17th I'm in my fourth loaner car and I have not had my vehicle since Tuesday November 24th when I last dropped it off. Charlie called me this past Monday on December 14th promising me that my car would be ready this week. wouldn't be ready till probably after next week. There we go with those empty promises again. So my advice to you is unless you like having dealing with a xxxx show and having a different car every week and paying for a car that you don't even have in your possession then go right ahead and purchase a vehicle from Lenoir City Ford. More
Bad parts!? Both my Taurus and Thunderbird have had new parts to go bad and had to be replaced just a day after being repaired. Thunderbird, was in the shop for two weeks before the first repair. And now 7 parts to go bad and had to be replaced just a day after being repaired. Thunderbird, was in the shop for two weeks before the first repair. And now 7 weeks, in the shop waiting to be repaired from the first repair. I’m frustrated and probably will not be back after this repair provided they get it repaired correctly this time. More

I called Lenoir City Ford with a strict budget and full disclosure on my trade in, and they promised me before we came in that we could do the deal on the car I wanted. When I got there, they looked at my trade in, promised again with a firm yes that we can do this deal on the specific car I was looking at, we test drove, I said yes, and then they said I needed to finance $1300 more than what we had previously talked about. After I left, I called back the salesman Kevin Smith to understand why this occurred, and he said it was common procedure to test-drive and then see if the buyer can put more money into it, so he knew the deal was not going to be able to be made before we did that test-drive. I understand tactics when trying to sell cars, but there is no reason for an outright lie. Called the next day to a manager to try to rectify the issue, and he said he would get back to me, but there has still been no call back. More
