During my car buying experience my 9 year old son was diagnosed with a rare cancerous tumor. My car buying experience became pertinent due to the diagnosis because I needed something reliable, trustworthy, and affordable to drive back and forth to treatment. Thankfully, Lenoir City Ford has Majdi Awad on staff. He was able to work miracles with various different banks until he came across the perfect one that matched all of my financial needs. I entered my information to see if the car was still available, and immediately got a call back from Mackenzie Hansen, informing us the car was available and that he actually was the previous owner. We visited the dealership, loved the car, and with Mackenzie's assistance, decided to purchase. Excellent I found my vehicle while looking at their website. I inquired as to whether or not the vehicle was still available and spoke with Mackenzie. Mackenzie had the vehicle waiting for me to drive. We were able to reach a deal quickly. Mackenzie knew that I had limited amount of time and worked hard to ensure that the vehicle was ready in time. I would definitely but another vehicle from them. More
