Greatest People EVER!!! I went down to Lenoir City Ford and purchased a car which was to be picked up a couple of days later. I received a phone call that there was a proble I went down to Lenoir City Ford and purchased a car which was to be picked up a couple of days later. I received a phone call that there was a problem with the car. I went back down to try to find another car, and these WONDERFUL people made sure that I was completely satisfied. Jo and Sonny took excellent care of me. I got a superb car at a superb price! I have traded lots of places, but no one has ever treated me this special. They promised me they would make me happy, and they went over and above to make me a satisfied customer. I cannot sing their praises enough. If you want a great deal, with some fine sales staff, this is the place you need to go. I would most definitely trade with them again. This dealership is simply the BEST!!! More

We were instantly taken care of and helped finding a used vehicle for my husband. We traded a large SUV and they gave us the perfect amount for our trade. We don’t have the slightest complaint! The employees were knowledgeable and straight forward. I truly believe if and when we ever need to buy another vehicle we will definitely do business with this dealership. Buying experience Purchasing a car is always a little bit of a hair pulling the thing. I went to the salesman which are used to purchase my 16 Edge, Bill Miller and we Purchasing a car is always a little bit of a hair pulling the thing. I went to the salesman which are used to purchase my 16 Edge, Bill Miller and we started looking for vehicles. Bill has a little bit of a different approach on selling cars and I feel more comfortable with him then many other sales people. He still assisting us and actually called to wish me a happy birthday. As it is sad most people feel that buying a car is the second thing which they will ever purchase so it becomes serious. I have purchased three cars from Lenoir city Ford thus far and the experience has been far less painful than in the past. More
