It was the next thing to a miracle that they pulled this off for me. And I really mean THEY because many people worked hard on this, and for almost four days solid. My salesman Jo McQueary worked non-stop, always available even after hours, always friendly, and spot on with his answers to all my picky questions. Majdi Awad the finance guy worked tirelessly to find a lender who would finance the deal; Pete Clay coordinated everything; and several other high-up big bosses even got involved with Ford Credit to swing me the sweetest deal possible - great terms, full warranty for 10 years; all done with the utmost efficiency and cheerfulness. I also talked with Sonny Wolfenberger a couple of times, setting up the original deal, and then later when I was struggling to get the financial deal closed he talked/emailed me when Jo McQueary was busy with a customer. Towards the end, when it looked totally impossible, Shane Little got on the phone and put Ford Credit on the spot when I told them I got favorable financing at another dealer but was initially denied it when Majdi Awad first contacted them. Shane and Majdi got me the same level of financing, that and even more of a better deal. These guys do everything humanly possible to explore all possible options to get you the best imaginable deal. Jo McQueary is the most knowledgeable car salesperson I have ever run into, and I can't begin to express my gratitude for the time and energy he put in on my behalf. Pete Clay filled in the gaps with sage advice and kind words, and Majdi Awad took all the fear out of making a financial obligation of this magnitude. They're backed by Ford Credit, which gives you the best deal you will find anywhere from any lender, the best terms and the most reasonable warranty. I purchased a Ford Mustang GT Premium, with which I couldn't be more pleased. Like everybody else out there, I've always thought Mustangs were the runts of the sports car universe. Not so! I've owned a Porsche Macan and a BMW 2 Series in the last few years, and this new Mustang GT puts them both to shame. The electronics and standard features are better, the interior finishing is nicer and more appropriate, the handling equal or better, and the price is much friendlier to the bank account. Finally an American Sports car (with a lot of muscle if you want it - I have the 5.0 L) we can all be proud of, backed by a world class team. Semper Fi. More

This car buying process was going to be different for me due to no trade in, etc. Lisa Myers asked about my son and my health and safety first. Though, she wasn't my main salesperson on my scheduled visit, she remembered details of our phone call 2 days before and asked about them when I was there. Her partner, Mackenzie, spent time working with me on what I was looking for, the test drive, answering questions (even basic ones), and giving thorough detail of my new car. He included my son in input as well when I requested to drive by to let him look at it. I was kept informed and asked about any needs throughout my visit by all staff. Majdi allowed me to quiz him about warranties and was honest about what to expect/not expect from the additional coverage options. Everyone who engaged with me was pleasant and warm and I was very pleased and excited when I left. It was nice to trust them to complete the rental process with Enterprise and take steps to prep my new vehicle for me before I left. Lisa and Mackenzie helped set up technology and made sure I felt I understood everything before I left. It was a nice day! More
