WORST PLACE EVER This is the worst place to go! Their service dept has no communication and gives their customers a run around. The salesmen are the worst as well as t This is the worst place to go! The salesmen are the worst as well as they were trying to send my husband home to try out a car over this past weekend with so many issues plus knowing we were not approved for a loan on that car. I've never had good service with this place and the only reason I went back this time is because of a warranty issue and a recall. Had I known before dropping my car off that I could go to any ford dealership, I would have went to Knoxville for service. There is always an excuse for their bad service and everything. I'll be glad when I get my car back and I can tell this place to kiss my tail! More

Customer Service Called talked to management regarding hood being out of alignment, paint bubbling and other issues and I was told it is what it is. You bought a 14k vehicle and we will do nothing to help out cosmetic. They could care less about the person buying the vehicle nor even offered to take a look at it. Yes the vehicle had minor scratches but paint issues. I would buy elsewhere if I had the opportunity. More

Went for one vehicle got another. After browsing there inventory online I notified them of interest in a vehicle, I was called about five minutes later to set up an appointment. I got there early the next day and MacKenzie and I walked around the lot. The car I was interested in was sold earlier which was alright. He took what I was looking for onto consideration, and sent me towards a rav4 which pretty much check my list for everything I needed for my family. I liked the vehicle and purchased it with no problem. I did come in with financing from my bank, but it seems like they could get you financed easily. More
