I had been searching the web for a used F150 for a few days and found one I liked at Lenoir city Ford after inquiring via tex I was contacted by Pete Clay from the dealership he sent me a video of the pic days and found one I liked at Lenoir city Ford after inquiring via tex I was contacted by Pete Clay from the dealership he sent me a video of the pickup which sparked my interest even more so I made the trip to Lenoir city. When I arrived Pete already had the truck detailed it was a recent trade in we took a test drive and I found him very friendly and knowledgeable he showed me the features of the truck which I loved. After valuing my trade and a little negotiation I met with Chris Kleman for the fiancé part of the deal Chis was very courteous and knowledgeable and made everything go smoothly. Actually enjoyed the sales process with Andy and Charlie. Have been dealing with service issues since June, so not very impressed so far.
