My interaction with this dealership was over about a two day period. A friend suggested it to me and I had started by talking to Brittanie about a GMC Sierra. During this time I was also looking at other dealerships when I found a similar truck with a better price. I had informed Brittanie of this truck and her reply shocked me! I was expecting the “good luck have fun” or ghosting response, however, Brittanie did not do this. She instead replied ok if you need any help, advice, or car-fax on it let me know! I was astonished! But also I didn’t believe the statement…I thought maybe it was just a kind word as not to leave the interaction on a bad note. So I tested this…when I went to the other dealership I messaged Brittanie who did exactly what she said, she immediately responded and advised me of things I should look for which lead to discovering a leak in the roof of the cab of this other truck, she also screen shotted and sent me the car-fax report of the other vehicle! Clearly I was purchasing that vehicle but was upset because I was set on a GMC Sierra… I called Brittanie back and she was able to find a Ford F-150 in the same price range and I showed up to Lenoir City Ford skeptical still…but after testing riding with Brittanie and her explaining all of the fine details and features of this truck I was sold! And a week later I can say I’m quite happy with my purchase. Thanks a lot Brittanie!! More
