I’m 17 years old and bought my first truck here. I got a used 2018 f-150 65k miles. It was absolutely perfect! My salesman was very helpful at first but during my test drive me misinformed me of a n I got a used 2018 f-150 65k miles. It was absolutely perfect! My salesman was very helpful at first but during my test drive me misinformed me of a noise the truck was making. I asked him what the noise was and he told me that the sound was the new tires, and that it would go away. He showed me the papers of the truck saying it had an “off the charts score”. Therefore I bought the truck believing there was nothing wrong. The sound didn’t go away after a week of having the truck, and I could clearly tell there was something wrong with it. When I reached out to my salesman about the issue he told me to bring it in and have them look at it. I contacted the service department about the issue and they told me they would fix it for free due to it being missed on the inspection. I waited two weeks for an appointment. When I brought it in on my appointment day, it took 5 days for it to be touched, after being told I would be put on priority. They contacted me on the 5th day saying my rear end needed replacing and that it was going to cost me $5.4k. They changed their mind on fixing it for free. I confronted my salesman about the issue and was left on read without any response still to this day. I didn’t feel like my problem was taken seriously by anyone in the service and sales department. I contacted everyone and anyone I could to get the issue resolved. Thankfully the general manager immediately fixed the problem and apologized. I’m very thankful for the resolve, however extremely disappointed in the sales department. More
