Jennie was so friendly and made sure any concern we had was addressed. Making such a big purchase is daunting and having such understanding, pleasant customer service means everything!! also the finanacing was addressed. This dealership is a total joke. They are too inept to do there job properly, so when they screw up they blame it on you. They treated me with total disrespect because I was young, and didn't believe I h do there job properly, so when they screw up they blame it on you. They treated me with total disrespect because I was young, and didn't believe I had the money to purchase. I never will again, and I would strongly suggest nobody else does. I have dealt with two other dealerships in this area (Ray Varner, and Lance Cunningham, and been met with much more respect and courtesy). When "Brad" has an issue, he isn't a big enough man to discuss it, he just keeps telling you the same thing. HORRIBLE experience. For some reason they were ignorant enough to suggest I rate them on this website, well here's your wish granted. The only good thing about it is I got a nice car out of the deal. More

One of the greatest experiance I have had with a dealership in a long time. Lisa was very helpful and so nice. We were only there for 1 and a half hrs due to her hard work. Please visit Lenoir City Ford before making a purchase anywhere else! Possibly the best car buying experience I have had. Had already visited other dealers before stopping here and service didn't even co anywhere else! Possibly the best car buying experience I have had. Had already visited other dealers before stopping here and service didn't even compare anywhere else. Phil was extremely patient and helpful. Willing to show me every car on the lot if I wanted. He was readily available but didn't pounce the second I got on the lot! No pressure and best of all NO CRAZY GIMMICKS to sell me a car. Told him what I wanted and he steered me where I needed to be. The no hassle service was a breath of fresh air. The next day I returned to purchase the car I liked and Greg continued the excellent service while finalizing the deal. I commend both on their friendly, knowlegable service. I am also very impressed with the 2011 Fusion Hybrid I purchased. Had test driven BMW, Caddi and Lexus prior to this purchase and it beat them all for my business! Speaks well of the Ford brand!! Keep up the good work Phil and Greg. I will be a return customer!! More
