My buying expierence at Lenoir City Ford was absolutely the best. I was first greeted by Margo and she showed me several vehilces in the used car dept. This was New Years Eve of all days. I came back the next business day and continued the process. The day I came back Margo was out that day so Keith Stroud finished my sale. Keith is the best salesman i have ever dealt with. He was extremely informed and helped me make my final decisions on services and vehicle extras. Bought our 2010 Explorer from Lenoir City Ford and have since had ALL service done on the vehicle at this dealership. Ted Russell Ford is across the street from us and we would NOT service our cars (also have a 2010 Escape) there if it was the last dealership on earth. Lenoir City is almost 15 miles further to drive, but well worth the trip. The service personel have all of our infromation in the computer data base and always lets us know when a particular service is due on the vehicle(s). They had to replace a battery today as well as a basic oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades and multi-point inspection to assure us that our vehicle was in tip-top shape. They called us before replacing the battery to be certain that this was OK with us. They gave us a quote of the charges for the service so that we could decide if this was something that we could afford. Candace get our vehicle scheduled in for the maintenance and saw it through to the time that we picked it up. She also reminded us that we had a credit of $62.00 on our Ford rewards card that we took advantage of. Top notch service from a top notch dealer/service department. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
