Took my wife's journey in for service, arrived at my appointment time and was quickly greeted by my service advisor Todd who was very polite, they took vehicle back for service and everything was comple appointment time and was quickly greeted by my service advisor Todd who was very polite, they took vehicle back for service and everything was completed in a timely manner, there was an issue with the type of oil used but that was quickly taken care of and was very polite about it. We have a dodge dealer less than 10 minutes from our home but I prefer to drive 1 hour to Lenoir City Dodge for our service. A+++ More

Also was able to diagnose and fix Lift-Gate water leak 2 years ago while still under Warranty (Primary Sales & Service (given $30 discount coupon). Also was able to diagnose and fix Lift-Gate water leak 2 years ago while still under Warranty (Primary Sales & Service at Secret City Jeep/Chrysler, Oak Ridge TN was unable to diagnose leak after 3 attempts!).
