I hate to put a rating for an entire lot based on the actions-or inactions-of a few employees. But this experience was horrible! By far the worst of any dealer we’ve ever been to in 8 different states. 1 actions-or inactions-of a few employees. But this experience was horrible! By far the worst of any dealer we’ve ever been to in 8 different states. 13 business days & our used vehicle purchase is still not wrapped up. The walk around video that was supposed to arrive in 30 mins took hours & was more useless than the pictures attached to the listing. A walk around is a great time to further sell the vehicle, start it up, etc. Nope, no such luck. We knew there’d be a bit of delay since we decided to try out contactless buying & home delivery due to erratic schedules making actual visits to the dealer impossible. This also opens up dealers outside of our immediate area, ultimately giving us more options. You’d have thought Internet Sales department would handle, but nope we get rolled to a VIP Sales Consultant who had no time for a virtual customer in the process of buying with all the potential customers visiting the lot. “I’ll call you back” & “I’ll call you when I’m free” were excuses given on 2 consecutive days. Not surprising, no follow up was made. Part of the paperwork we signed was completely counter to how the process is playing out. At this point I’m glad there’s no warranty and we’re not close enough to agonize over whether the service department is an equal mess. I’d hate to have to deal with that. Though the dealer does get xxxxxxfor Jorge in accounting being fantastic and our initial communications with Jessica & Miranda being good. More

I’m loyal to this dealership and the salesman. The management and financial department are top-notch. They don’t want to keep you wanting unnecessarily. They had to drive it here from another state, VA, on the 4th of July. We’ve had our car 2 years, and it’s wonderful in every regard. It’s so fun to drive and we haven’t gotten any tickets! I took it in for regular service yesterday. We. We’re keeping the mileage low on it. I didn’t have to wait very long. It’s nice to know that I’m taking proper care of my car, and my dealership takes care of everything. They don’t try to charge me for any service that’s supposed to be free. We purchased the available warranties to be on the safe side. It’s comforting. The finance department made it easy. You won’t be sorry if you come to this dealer. Thanks. Mrs S S H More
