On the sales side I had a great experience working with Bill Presley and wound up leasing and then purchasing a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I brought my Jeep in for regular oil changes and tire rotations. At Bill Presley and wound up leasing and then purchasing a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I brought my Jeep in for regular oil changes and tire rotations. At about 37,000 miles a rear shock went. Strictly highway driving, so very surprised the shock had failed in the first place. I called the service department and asked if it was still under warranty and was told that it was not and that I was 2 months beyond and 1,000 miles over. They then told me that it's not a shock, it's a strut and to replace both rear struts it would be over $1,100. I went down to speak with the service manager John Brown thinking that any good manager would do right by the customer. He was not willing to do anything about it and reiterated that it was out of warranty by 2 months and confirmed it would be over $1,100+ to repair. I took it to a mechanic right down the street from them. It took him 2 seconds to tell me that they are shocks not struts! In less than an hour he put on 2 new shocks for a total cost of $315. So either the service has no idea what they are talking about or they were deliberately trying to deceive me. For that reason I will never step foot in that dealership again. I own 3 Jeeps currently and I'm shopping for a 4th. You can bet it won't be with them! More

Took our 3500 Ram to have the oil change and Transmission Flushed and new filter to be replaced. Sit in waiting area from 10 to 2 waiting for hand drain the 68rfe transmission for 3-4 hours only put 7qt back Flushed and new filter to be replaced. Sit in waiting area from 10 to 2 waiting for hand drain the 68rfe transmission for 3-4 hours only put 7qt back in it they said. After driving it now transmission went completely out because no transmission fluid on dipstick very low of fluid if any. No lights came on didn't know. and no leak on ground. They won't even try to offer to make it right or look at it. Even that The 6-7 quarts figure is for just the amount in the pan. If you let it drain a while like 4 hours (especially with the spin-on filter off), up to half of the fluid in the converter will drain out also (whether it's on an incline or not) but they said only 7qt is right then where is the fluid?????? This was a custom built Transmission have over 8000.00 in it never had problem until Dodge Lenoir city . Don't have Trans flush here. More
Great buying experience! No surprises and completely fulfilled my expectations. Other local dealerships may have larger facilities and inventory but Lenoir City is much more personable! fulfilled my expectations.
