bad info I bought a brand new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan last year. I specifically asked when purchasing the vehicle if it came with a full size spare or a donu I bought a brand new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan last year. I specifically asked when purchasing the vehicle if it came with a full size spare or a donut spare. I was told it came with a full size and that it was located underneath the back end (my bad for accepting their word and not actually looking). Fast forward to this morning. I ran over something on the road and almost instantly had a flat. No spare. Basically just a can of fix a flat, which doesn't do any good for large holes and rapid deflation. $60 tow bill. Called the dealership. Sales manager wasn't even apologetic, just told me that cars today don't come with spares and that I should have emergency road side assistance. I asked if they would at reimburse for the tow bill and the answer was no. I will never do business with them again. Also called Dodge corporate. Their response, "sorry you were misinformed but 2016 and up only come with the inflation kit". So pretty much never doing business with Dodge again either. More

After talking to her dealership in Ohio thy said the bill should have been around. $ 300.00. Her dealership is going to the highrer ups to get this dealership to do the right thing.
