Best experience yet My fiancé and I went to 2 other dealers the day we went to Lenoir City Dodge. We had a 2017 ram 1500 quad cab and the kids complained all the time of My fiancé and I went to 2 other dealers the day we went to Lenoir City Dodge. We had a 2017 ram 1500 quad cab and the kids complained all the time of not having enough room. So we decided to trade for the crew cab. We first went to the dealership where we got the other truck. Wouldn’t try to help us. Went to our local dealership. No luck. So I hit the internet. We found the truck we wanted to begin with on Lenoir City dodge website. I made a call and talked to JC who is the sales manager and set up a time to go check it out. When we arrived JC and a sales person met us at the door. Our sales person was Bill Presley. He did everything he could to make sure we got the truck we wanted and the payment range we wanted. This is the best dealership and sales people we have ever worked with. Rude and male chauvinist I bought my car in 2015 off the showroom floor loved it I've had minimal problems with it but the few I did have were never fixed except for the elect I bought my car in 2015 off the showroom floor loved it I've had minimal problems with it but the few I did have were never fixed except for the electrical problem and that cost me a dent and deep scratch in my rear fender which they refuse to fix. I have never been treated so rude . But I have to say I still love my charger it is the best driving car ever just don't purchase it or get any repairs from Lenoir City Dodge. More
