Most places I have purchased cars have salesmen that get angry as you try to get a better deal, and your friend is the service department manager who goes above and beyond to make you happy with your car af angry as you try to get a better deal, and your friend is the service department manager who goes above and beyond to make you happy with your car after the sale. At LC CDJR, it is the other way around. The sales men and women were as nice as could be, gave me price breaks where needed, and worked with me to make me feel good about the price. The service manager, however, refused to warranty out a broken part, and I had to call the parent company to get action. When I brought it in for service, he said "they don't have any power over me". I have met several abrasive, power tripping people in the world, but never have I met someone working in the SERVICE department of a SERVICE industry so recalcitrant to assist someone and provide them SERVICE. That man is in the wrong line of work. I rate the sales team 5 stars at this dealership. The "service" team should get 0 stars, and should be replaced with people who enjoy helping others. More
