I had a wonderful car buying experience at the dealership in Lenoir city last week. Adoul Diarra was my sales representative. Adoul Was very kind and professional. He was very patient as well. Adoul worked hard to get me the best price possible. While inquiring about the vehicle, I met used car manager Coty Pridemore. Coty had previously owned the jeep that I purchased. He was very resourceful in providing information about the vehicle which I greatly appreciated. Coty was also very friendly, and professional during our purchase. I also had the privilege of meeting the finance manager, Andy as well. Everyone was very kind. There was no pressure to buy. It was the fastest and most peaceful purchase I have ever made. I wouldn't send anyone here. I was lied to by the finance manager named Jorge about the cost of the the warrant. He told me what it costs monthly which totaled up to $300 and I confirmed it with him. I found manager named Jorge about the cost of the the warrant. He told me what it costs monthly which totaled up to $300 and I confirmed it with him. I found out after I bought the vehicle that the warranty was actually $3600 so I promptly went to the dealer and had it refunded. I had, in writing, on the due bill for them to repair what looked like some kind of oil leak in front wheel well and fix the chip in the windshield. They fixed the leak issue with very minimum issue other than Chris, the service writer, argued about what was on the due bill until he actually looked at. It took 2 trips down there and making a scene on the 2nd trip for them to finally remove the dealer sticker from the rear hatch of the vehicle. Finally, the have refused to do anything with the window. I was told it was fixed before I even looked at the vehicle. The problem with that is the fact that the chip is so visible you can see it in the dark. The used car manager named Cody made a decent attempt at making the windshield issue right but the general manager wouldn't let him do anything. Long story short I would never do business with them again and I recommend you avoid them all together. More
