I have a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5. I was told that they could service my vehicle. Originally, I took my car in for a warranty issue with my steering wheel. I was told that it need a replacement part and they ordered it, but it would take a while. I waited months and no phone call. Then, I needed to do maintenance and I scheduled an appointment for that. When I took my car in, I asked about the warranty part and it took them over an hour to find out that they never ordered the part. They then proceeded to ask me where I bought the car from and said I should go there. The wings Mills store said they can't work on the Ioniq 5 because they are not authorized. I don't know what to believe, but this was an awful experience and my car still isn't fixed. More
