Ok prices but bad experience Took my son to purchase a used car. Showed Eric our salesman a couple cars we saw on the website. He brings 2 of the vehicles around and they either Took my son to purchase a used car. Showed Eric our salesman a couple cars we saw on the website. He brings 2 of the vehicles around and they either sounded "sick" or had a dent in the side. Who does that? Found another vehicle and got a good price (higher then what we were looking at as we were not financing). When he handed us the "key" we asked where the spare was. He mentioned he would reach out to the previous owner and if not he would get a key made. A week goes by and he has yet to call. I call him, he says he will again look into it. The entire weekend goes by and of course I have to call our sales person to follow up....he apologizes for forgetting to call. He mentions that he can not locate the spare key and that we have to pay for a new key to be made. I find this poor service. I am in sales and would have gone above and beyond to make us a customer for life. Instead we will never return and will let our friends and family know More
