Overall worst experience I've had buying a car. After initial visit there was no return call to attempt to make a car deal. We had to call the salesman back to find the status on more than one occasion. initial visit there was no return call to attempt to make a car deal. It appears because my wife was so upside down in her current vehicle that they weren't interested in trying to sell us a new car and never asked if we could put more money down. We had to call them and offer to increase the down payment before we got any kind of call backs. And after the deal was financed the finance manager switched the loan so that it was in my name as the primary while making my wife the co-borrower, essentially making me the buyer when I was only supposed to co-sign the loan. When I questioned the manager about this issue he advised that I was just a co-signer and it did not matter whose name went on the contract first. Of course upon checking into it after I had just purchased a new car in my name which cause me a major headache when I attempted to but myself a new car 4 months later. I did not buy that new car from Len Stohler!!! More
Of all the automobile dealerships I have dealt with, Len Stohler Ford has to rank at number one! I just had what I would term a wonderful experience in the purchase of two gently used vehicles. Talk about a clean, friendly dealership with a total customer service emphasis -- It doesn't get any better than I experienced. I know what "quality customer service" is and that is what I experienced. Virtually every employee I came in contact greeted me and my son's with a hello and we are glad to have you here! This is a dealership that leaves you with an impression that they appreciate you business and want you to come back. I was totally impressed and highly recommend this dealership for it friendly, service orientated enviroment with no undue pressure. They help you understand what they have, what kind of a deal they can make and let you make your decision. Mark was just the best to work with and Linda made the business transaction as smooth and understanding as is possible. I also experienced one of the Sales Managers go out of his way to greet and thank us for the business. This is one great organization from top to bottom and I know where my first contact will be when I need another vehicle. Dale Anderson More
I've never before been as impressed with a dealership as I am with Len Stoler. My Escape was purchased from another dealer before I was familiar with the Stoler organization. Stoler's showroom and service lanes are very impressive. The staff has always been exceptionally professional and helpful. Customer service is definitely their focus and not just a buzz-word. When my vehicle has needed anything other than general maintenance, I trust the information the staff provides. I never feel taken advantage of. It's evident Stoler's goal is to treat it's customers right and build a trustworthy business relationship. They've certainly gotten it right. More
I was very disappointed with the quality of the 2009 Ranger. I drove a 2000 Ranger for 10 years and loved it enough to buy a new one. Something has changed in the overall manufacturing of this vehicle. There is excessive vibration in the cab, which I had to take back twice before the problem was addressed. Also the radio is of such poor quality that the volume arbitrarily goes up and down. Although there were repairs completed to try to correct the vibration it still exists. The drive in this truck is not comparable to the 10 year old ranger when you consider the vibration in the cab. This will be the last Ford Ranger I purchase. More
I purchased a 2009 Mustang GT from Len Stoler Ford. I told them I wanted the Ford alarm system installed because of the area I lived in and the features it had. I paid for the system and the installatio told them I wanted the Ford alarm system installed because of the area I lived in and the features it had. I paid for the system and the installation, only to find out later that they installed a much less expensive "Generic" system in my car. Now I'm trying to get what I paid for installed, and even the VP of Len Stoler Ford won't do it unless I pay for it AGAIN. Not only the alarm system, but the labor to uninstall the old system, and install the new system! Very shady dealership. I would never recommend them to anyone. More
I just bought by 5th car from Len Stoler and haved enjoyed each of the experiences. I have bought Lexus, Jeep and Ford and each have been a pleasure.
