Their expertice and professionalism are without question unmatched. I went in having some idea of what I needed and what I could comfortably afford. They listened to my needs and that was all it took to set the wheels in motion. Mr. Washington really heard me and worked some incredible magic to make everything happen within what I could afford. I could not have asked for anything better! I never felt pressured or swayed into anything I did not need or could not manage within my budget. Not only was Mr. Ray Washington's knowledge of the product impressive, but his enthusiasm and friendly demeanor were just refreshing and the experience was actually fun! More
I visited Len Stoler Ford in Owings Mills to have a look at my future car- the Ford Fiesta. Once inside I met Johnny Salinas, who was very friendly and helpful. Within about 10 minutes, we were able to test drive the car. Johnny was very helpful and didn't pressure us at all to make an instant decision- in fact, he recommended driving a few versions of the car and taking time to make a final choice. I didn't feel like he was just telling me things I wanted to hear. He seemed to really know cars and the current market. I have yet to buy the car, but I feel like I'll be in good hands at this dealership. I'll probably be writing a follow-up review once I've purchased my new vehicle. More
I personally recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. My experience with Doug Schroeder (Sales) was exceptional in that he took his time answering any questions th interested in buying a new or used car. My experience with Doug Schroeder (Sales) was exceptional in that he took his time answering any questions that I had about my car, found information out about my trade and provided me with relevant information about my purchase. What I liked best was his attitude in that I never felt pressured and he cared about my input into my purchase. He is a genuinely nice guy!! Several days after the purchase I received a call from Doug stating that he spoke to the Finance manager who can get me a better interest rate. I came back to the Dealer and spoke with Bill Diliberti who indeed gave me a much better interest rate. All this without asking for it!!! Before I left the dealership Ernie Galarza the General Manager gave me a coupon for a free oil change in addition to a free detail all on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata!! Great Group!! Great Dealership!! I just bought a used Nissan from Len Stoler Ford and I had a wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I were there to look at a vehicle I had picked out online. When we were on the lot, Johnny came up to us and asked us if we needed help. He was very helpful and let us go for a test drive. After we got back, he sat us down and answered all of our multitude of questions and was willing to work with us on the price. Then to our surprise, he let us take the car home for the weekend, which was great because we were really able to get a feel for the car and make sure it had no issues. Then the night I bought the car, the business manager was very helpful and was able to get me a good finance rate. Johnny was extermely friendly and helpful during my whole experience, and I will certainly send my friends and family to Len Stoler to buy their next car! More

I recently purchased a used Hyundai from Len Stoler Ford dealership and was very pleased with the way they treated me. I worked with Doug, who was extremely nice and was able to answer all of my questions a dealership and was very pleased with the way they treated me. I worked with Doug, who was extremely nice and was able to answer all of my questions and address all of the concerns I had. Unlike other dealerships and sales people I’ve dealt with in the past, Doug was not pushy. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of because he took his time with me. Doug was able to help me choose the right car, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The price was lowest than other dealers in the area, and I was able to lower my monthly payments to almost 100$ less than what I was paying before. Overall impression of the dealership was awesome, and I would buy from them again. The only suggestion I have is to make an appointment before you go there. I was there 2 different days, and these guys get a lot of traffic. The only salesperson I interacted with was Doug Schroeder, so I do recommend him. He was very professional and treated me with respect. More

We had originally wanted a hybrid, but Yeimy gave us information about mileage and cost comparison which decided on a PZEV. I have always disliked the car buying dance with a passion, but I never felt pressured during our visit. She did work with us a bit on the price, though we did pay full MSRP price for most of the extra features, but still saved a little bit of money. The car was missing the mats, so Yeimy made sure I was able to get them a few days later. I think that how salepeople approach you is 70% of the experience, and I would give Yeimy an A+ for her approach. I love this car, and overall I feel that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had based on the service we received. More
When we got to the dealer we were just looking around for a specific used vehicle that we found online. Johnny answered all of our questions and offere to take us on a test drive where we got to go not only on back road and highway but also off roading when we requested it. When we got back to the lot we mentioned that we didn't have a lot of free time and Johnny was very curtious of this. he sat us down and got us an good price. When we said we needed time to think on it Johhny was great. He even offered to let us test drive the vehicle over the weekend. We turned this down but on our way home we reailsed taht this might be a great idea. Johnny was realy nice about our change and had the Jeep gased up and ready to go when we got back. We drove it all weekend and brought it back Monday evening. Johnny called us monday day just to check to make sure that there were no problems or concerens. When we got to the lot Johnny listened to our list of concerns (even though some of there were kind of stupid) and then promised to get them all taken care of. We sat down got a good offer for the vehicle and agreed on a price. We were given estiamted times of every step of the way which was really nice. Johnny , although he couldn't get ahold of some of the exact pricing for the work we requested, gave us a price that we felt was fair and told us if the work came in underbudget he would get us a refund for the difference. This was a great confidence booster for working with them. this was a painless and very un pressuring deal. We really apreciated working with johnny he was nice, attentive and funny also answered any questions and make us feel very confident with our decisions. (and not presured into making one). For all these reason we would probably come back to Len Stoler for our next vehicle and use johnny if we could. More
My boyfriend and I purchased a used vehicle from Ray Washington. He tried discouraging us from the high class vehicle we wanted claming perhaps we needed a "maturity check ". Did not give us or attach front license plate when both license plates were detached from trade in vehicle. When I called the day after purchasing, he said person in charge or tags isn't in today and there was nothing he can do about it when DRIVING WITHOUT A FRONT LICENSEPLATE IN MARYLAND BALTIMORE COUNTY IS ILLEGAL. Also,car did not come with antenna or owners manual, when I asked ray about this, he said " that's what you get when you purchase a used car and there's nothing he can do. I would NOT RECOMMEND LEN STOLER. Ray Washington was the most UNPROFESSIONAL salesman I have ever came across and I was VERY UNSATISFIED with their business and would NEVER PURCHASE A CAR OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH LEN STOLER EVER!!!!! Have you ever heard of the saying "The customer is always right?" Because Len Stoler Hyundai and Ernie Galarza have not. My family recently purchased an automobile from them and while they are incredibly friendly in trying to sell you a car, the moment you take the car off the lot and have one problem with it all of that courtesy goes out the window. They are the model of how not run a business. We recently had problems with the Alantra we purchased. IF, and only IF, you are able to get a hold of them and they respond to your telephone calls or e-mails, they treat you like they want nothing to do with you. They are rude and discourteous and will even accuse you of lying and being dishonest yourself. They will even sarcastically threaten you to bring legal action against them, and will let you know they've had it done plenty of times support. What a shock! I would gladly pay more money for a car than have to deal with these rude, unprofessional, con artists. More
