We had an appointment we Johnny Salinas, which we were late to due to traffic. When we got there it seemed to be no issue running behind. We had 2 of our children with us. So I've just returned home after a 40 minute drive to this dealership to test drive, and likely buy, a vehicle. I had spoken to a sales person everyday for the last week explaining how unbelievably limi this dealership to test drive, and likely buy, a vehicle. I had spoken to a sales person everyday for the last week explaining how unbelievably limited my free time was with a stressful job, two small children, etc and we finally nailed down a time for me to come in. I drove up to be there when the dealership opened, at 9 AM. Upon walking in, I'm not even so much as greeted by THREE people, including the sneering, breast-tattooed receptionist, or operator, based on the Micky D's headset she was wearing! After walking up to someone's desk to ask where the salesperson I had spoken to was, I waited a few moments, only to find that the vehicle we had talked about countless times, the vehicle he assured me was in stock as recently as the night before via email was not. This is the second such visit to Len Stoler. I looked to buy a vehicle there when I was in college, and upon that vist was met with a smug salesperson, who was clearly too busy to deal with my father and I. We moved onto another dealership where we purchased a car in cash. I though, perhaps, after a decade of avoiding them maybe things had changed. Clearly, I was wrong. I will literally never shop there again! More

I went to Len Stoler website and to my surprise Mr. Johnny Salinas called me the very next day! He left me a VERY Detailed message and I thought that was GREAT!!!! He asked me,” What type of vehicle was I looking for and what could he do to help me.” He made it his business to let me know and feel that it was, “All about ME!” Good Customer Service goes a long way! Ray had a professional demeanor and at the same time was friendly and approachable.. ....I never detected any sketchy moves or cheesy sales man tricks(; He went out of his way to get the most money for my trade in car, allowing us to get a great monthly payments with out having to put any money down (.....we did not have much to put down after our wedding).
