We had no issues dealing with Doug or Len Stoler as of yet. I recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata at Len Stoler Hyundai in Owings Mills MD. I found the entire Len Stoler staff to be both helpful and professional, yet never pushy. I appreciated all the time and energy he put into making sure I not only got the best deal possible, but also felt comfortable with the choice I was making. He even spent extra time explaining how every single feature of my new car worked, so I could drive away completely informed. I could not be happier with my decision to buy from Len Stoler. The car is beautiful and the customer service is superior. I would urge anyone looking to purchase a new or used car to contact Jeff Lenovitz. The overall experience was great. My girlfriend and I walked in to the dealership and Johnny knew that we needed to talk to someone right away. He was very friendly and we talked about many things other than the car itself. I have never bought a new or used car from a dealership before, and Johnny made my first experience a pleasant one. Len Stoler is a dealership I would recommend to any first time car buyer! Johnny Salinas was a crucial part of why I bought my Hyundai Sonata. We were also in a crunch for time and he worked quickly so that we could get everything taken care of in a timely matter which is much appreciated. I had test driven an Elantra earlier in the week at another Hyundai dealer and liked the car. Had gone to Owings Mills to look at a Chevy Cruze with low miles across the street to compare. The AC did n another Hyundai dealer and liked the car. Had gone to Owings Mills to look at a Chevy Cruze with low miles across the street to compare. The AC did not work on the Cruz and when tested other models was not happy with the result. So drove out of the Chevy lot and turned into Len Stoler Hyundai across the street to see what they had. They had 1 Elantra on the lot. Was told they had 6 on Friday and this was the last one they had in the 2012's. Met with and test drove the car with James Matthews. I have been in sales for over 20 years and would have to say he is one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. His knowledge of the vehicle and company was outstanding. Not pushy and very thorough to make sure I understood everything about the car and the financials. Very easy to deal with and knows this car inside and out. Not used to buying new. Had not bought new since the 90's. I usually only buy cars that have low miles but I loved the car and the price seemed fair as well as the financing rate of 2.9% for 48 months, for anyone with a credit score over 680. Cheap money! Seemed to me the price was fair compared to what I found for a new 2012 invoice for this model. No one tried to sell me a bunch of extras which I remember being a turnoff the last time I bought new. Keeping my fingers crossed that my future relationship for service goes as well as the purchase did with Len Stoler. They are not the closest dealer near me so hope the service is worth the drive. If not, I have a good mechanic. Just hope if work is done outside them the warranty is not voided. Anyone have any feedback on that? Steve More
I started my search for a new car at Len Stoler and thought it would be the end point as well with me driving a new car. Unfortunately I came back twice and both times I felt like the pressure was unn thought it would be the end point as well with me driving a new car. Unfortunately I came back twice and both times I felt like the pressure was unnecessary and the "old-boy" tactics to get me to buy were inappropriate. I liked James Mathews for his sharing of information but he was really pushed aside by the sales manager (who was supposedly helping out from the Ford dealership) and it became unpleasant. I didn't feel like I was heard about my pricing options and the trade in value for the car was sub-par. I live in Owings Mills and convenience would have been ideal but instead I went to another dealership where I was treated much nicer and with greater respect. More
