Exceeded my expectations!!! They was very down to earth I was comfortable going in. They also went the extra mile to make sure we had the best deal. Jaime was excellent from the get go in helping me source the car I really wanted. She kept me up to date on the car shipments and went above and beyond in trying to get the features and combination I desir the car I really wanted. She was honest and straightforward through the entire process and helped me work out the best financing options. Her after service care is also outstanding as she keeps insisting that I can call her if I was not sure about any of the vehicle's features. I did in fact call her and she was pleasant as always and took the time to see me and demonstrate the feature I was unsure about. I will definitely recommend Jaime to family and friends looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

My signicant other and I spent around 5 hours there on Friday. We returned the following Monday Donnie had called off sick and we were seen by Regie who we also spoke with that previous friday, who handed us off to Doug to test drive the edge and fusion.Doug Schroeder was also friendly and more knowledable about the vehicles I was interested in. I appreciated his honesty in pointing out the replacment cost of tires on the edge sport which ultimately swayed me toward the fusion. We also pointed out a defect in the driver side door panel which Doug basically "blew off". Mike(sig other) had mentioned it to Regie who said it would be taken care of after purchase. We also dealt with Bill Diliberti sales manager who wrote up the contract My discontent didn't arise until after we returned home and were able to relax and look over the contract. We had spent 6 hours at the dealership that Monday with no food or water (no offers of a water fountain or bottled water or a soft drink machine)I guess we could have asked. But we have been to and spent much less time at other dealerships and had drinks offered.By the time the deal was done we were hungry thirsty and tired and just wanted out! We asked for any Dealer cash and incentives to go along with our "A" Plan discount.After all was said and done we had a loan for thirty thousand on a car that should have cost twenty seven thousand! We discovered that we had been charged for Gap insurance and an extended warranty we had not asked for and didn't remember ever being offered or informed of!I called Bill Diliberti the next day and had him removed the gap insurance and the extended warranty.this was done with no problem, but warranted another trip to the dealership. Now I have resevations as to whether or not I truly got the price I deserved as an "A" Plan customer and this has left a bad taste in my mouth in general. More

The car that I was looking for was not in stock anywhere in my area. My salesman searched and found the vehicle. Johnny Salinas and others worked hard to get my vehicle to me as soon as possible. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Len Stoler, and I hope to continue buying at Len Stoler. More
